I want to return some boots as they are too big. I have contacted the company through their website as per their T&Cs, but you have to wait for them to respond. No simple return information on their website.
I have contacted their shop and advised of my intention to return, but was originally advised I had to await an email response. As I was unsatisfied with this service, I suggested I would post the boots to their shop, which the shop assistant confirmed would be alright. Why make returning so challenging?

I have visited the shop when in Llandudno and have ordered online several times. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Ordering and returning is really quick and easy. Happy to recommend.

Really good shoes and would not buy anything else and last a long time, well worth the money

This company were very good as I found a fault with a pair of sandles I purchased. They kept intouch with me through out the whole time and that to me means alot . Very polite and quick to respond as well .

I have been buying from this company for a number of years, I am in Australia and because we have opposite seasons I buy when they have a Sale and its right for our current season. They are the best to deal with, their website is easy and I get my European shoes at a great price. Thank you Elevate Your Sole from a long distance customer but a continued supporter.

Always take a look at Elevate your sole and you may well find exactly what you seek. I was looking for some of Riekers Ready2GO shoes, but in leather not fabric. My brother now finds it difficult to bend down to fasten his shoes, (because he's now ancient!)so these easy on/off styles are ideal.
Waay cheaper, at Elevate your sole, than anywhere else, no brainer!

As the title says, your store is missed in Prestatyn but thankfully your other stores are not to far away.
Elevate Your Sole is the only shoe shop I would go to. Gone are the days of traipsing from shop to shop. The choice is excellent at elevate your sole; my shoe collection is testament to the fact that there is always something I liked. If the footwear wasn’t available in my size is was quickly sourced. For my last birthday I ordered seven pairs online,in their sale, boots and shoes. I bought them all!! Fabulous value and luck as I am a size 3. Obviously I haven’t been into the shop for a while.

Great shop selling lovely shoes, sandals and comfortable boots. Great staff and so helpful. Just sorry the Prestatyn shop closed, but still travel to Llandudno or Chester for footwear.

Love Reiker brand & discovered the new shop in Chester not too long after Hal opened the shop, bought a fab pair of trainers, staff were so lovely, helpful , nothing was too much trouble as it took awhile & a few pairs to try, definitely a shop to visit.

I was assisted in choosing the most comfortable and trendy pair of sandals ever by a lovely guy who understood my requirements. There's plenty of choice of really comfortable footwear. I will definitely be back and this will be my go to store!!

Found Elevate your Sole by chance online. So pleased I did. They sell the Softinos make I love. Superfast on delivery. Slight problem with one of the pairs but sorted out quickly.
Would definitely shop there again. Or maybe try a visit. Thanks for all your help.

We love the Rhos on Sea and the Llandudno shops. Staff always friendly and helpful. We’ve have been purchasing our footwear from here for the last 5 years without experiencing any issues.
