Untrustworthy, incompetent. I would not recommend. Maintenance and repair works taken on by this company, full inspection paid for but after £36,000 of work agreed. Lift handed back 12 weeks over program date, and then advised we need to have more work don’t to it to get it working correctly that they missed on the inspection. Best advice I could give to anyone is to find someone else if you want a working lift, I have.
As a disabled customer when my stairlift faulted I was stranded in the lower area of my house my toilet was upstairs so as you can imagine a prompt fix was required.
The guys at elev were polite and actually felt like they cared about my wellfare.
My stairlift was diagnosed parts ordered and repaired in 2 days.
Thank you Daniel and samuel you are my heroes.
Regards
Peter
Absolute shocking service from your company. First lift breaks a week ago in our building (Ashwell House) and never gets fixed. Second lift breaks 2 days later, gets fixed, and broken again 3 days later. I called last night at 7pm because lifts were broken and an elderly relative is staying and instead of actually sending anyone to fix it your rep basically says not my problem and you won’t do anything to fix it until management company call. The result my relative has to climb 20 flights of stairs and still today both lifts are out of order. Shocking behavior.
Really happy with our maintenance contract. Helpful, reliable and fast response to issues with our lifts. The few times, we've had to call them out they've had the replacement parts in their van.
