continuous unacceptably long downtimes

Over the course of less than a year using your SSDR-100 hosting service we have encountered numerous times of unacceptably long downtime periods. These downtimes have been continual and have affected our client relationships significantly, causing hours and days of stressful negotiations.

Eleven2's response to our requests regarding options to remediate the problems were not satisfactory so we made the decision to move our clients off the service.

Very under handed company do not listen to anything they say.

Seen a deal on there site liked the look of it, spoke to them on there chat deal was as is on website.

Tried to buy it was coming up full price in basket said to them , no problem here is 50% off code to get it through and we can sort it for next invoice.

Guess what its back to full price because he had to use that code due to there problem on there website.

As you can guess i am not happy and there chat support is just lies anything you say they will agree with you so they can get money.

Bottom line stay away from this company.

Useless customer service, buggy hosting

[Review for shared hosting over the course of 4-5 years]
Very low quality hosting, slow servers with limited features.
Poor technical knowledge from technical support, it takes several tickets and badgered to get to where you need to.
My sites were moved to new servers by them without asking me. This led to several sites crashing and continued email problems. This in itself is unacceptable, and their slow and uninterested technical support staff compounded the issue.
Moving domains to and from the service has also proved problematic, with features in their 'brain' not working (and seemingly not being fixed over the course of years as I'm having the same issues I had a couple of years ago) and again having to deal with lacklustre technical support.
Overall - hugely disappointing, have found an alternative provider now that have excellent technical support, very high quality servers and great access for the same costs. No brainer.

Great hosting!

Their support certainly is 24/7 although it may sometimes take a few hours to respond, however they make this up by going the extra mile and doing whatever you ask with their fully managed virtual and dedicated servers (I even found the same when I started with their shared web hosting!!!). Great company, can't fault them for anything - meet stated uptime SLA, low latency and of course fully managed!
