My consultant Anneka has been brilliant in her role as my consultant. She would try her best whenever she could to ensure I got the shifts as requested. She is naturally a very caring person who is well suited for the role. That makes it by far the best agency I have ever come across!

I have worked with eleventh hour for some years. Work has been consistent not requiring to work for another agency. My consultant Kapil is very supportive and responds on time when I contact him. He listens and makes sure my concerns are resolved.

I have been with Eleventh Hour Group since May 2023 as one of their Registered Nurse. It is a well established recruitment agency and am so happy I signed up with them.
I want to give my consultant Anneka my gratitude for all her efforts. She never fails to provide me the shifts I need for each and every week. She have a personal touch and she is very approachable and reliable. Respectful who listens and understands. She is always there if I need to contact her, very courteous and prompt to reply.

The onboarding for this nursing agencey supports you all the way with phone calls, no long winded emails and uploads they try to make it as easy as possible which was so helpful for myself.
Although the nhs is reducing the number of shifts and pay rates for agencey and bank workers my consultant is in constant contact always responds and has never ignored me in over 3 years.
My consultant and the agency still work very hard and are still dedicating getting me shifts within my preferred area of work.
The best agency I have worked for and I have over 18 yrs experience.

I had worked with so many nursing agencies but i will say eleventh hour group nursing agency is really exceptionally good. Their staffing consultants are very efficient and very professional, they treat their nurses with great respect of which i had personally experience and appreciate and I had also heard same field back from other nurses. My consultant Alex is excellent, he works very efficiently in dealing with my requests and complains, he goes extra miles to make sure i get work, he is prompt in responding to my phone calls even when it is out of office hours. Alex would make arrangements to ensure i get shifts booked when he is on holiday or off sick, he is extremely great at his job and he is very patient. I had same experience with my previous eleventh hour consultant Matt also. Eleventh hour group nursing agency has really good staffing consultants.
I also love the fact that eleventh hour do not mess their nurses about when it is pay day, I have always been paid on time and at all times since working with eleventh hour group for the past four years and they had never missed any payment unlike many experiences I had with other nursing agencies.
I will also like to mention that their recruitment consultants are very efficient, they made my registration and updating of my records seamless and stress free.
