While I appreciate that the company made an effort to notify customers about potential delays, the actual order processing took five working days, far exceeding the advertised timeline.
During this period, I reached out to customer support for clarification. Unfortunately, the responses I received from a representative named Lea were limited to standard, generic explanations that provided no meaningful updates. In one instance, the delay was attributed to the high volume of packages handled by DHL during the holiday season. This reasoning felt unsatisfactory, as the delay in processing was entirely on the company’s side before the order was even handed over to DHL.
As someone with professional experience as a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, I offered to share suggestions to help improve their order processing and customer communication systems. Regrettably, my offer was ignored.
Based on this experience, I believe the company has significant issues with order management and customer relations.
