I ordered two fountains and some…
I ordered two fountains and some accessories months ago, I think in novemeber 2023. This was part of a kickstarter campaign. They were supposed to arrive in January. The company sent some delay notices. But I have not heard d from Elfin in months. I’ve reached out multiple times requesting a date to expect delivery. No response to any of my requests. They are advertising and apparently selling their cat water fountains. But they have not delivered my order, nor is there any communication or indication they intend to do so. At this point I’m tempted to say they stole my money.
