I’d give them zero stars if I could

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Ordered a kit from them because I couldn’t find what I wanted in stock anywhere else. They were recommended by vapecrawler.com, so I figured they’d be legit. Placed my order on 6/10/25, and I haven’t heard a peep since. Zero order updates, still “processing” according to their site. I’ve sent three emails directly to the company, filled out the customer service form countless times, and filed a complaint with Shopify twice now. (FYI Shopify does NOTHING other than forward the complaint to the company.)

I tried calling them out on Twitter, but it appears they’ve been inactive for more than a year. I know it’s only $60, but it took me two months to save that up so I could place this order. Next I guess I’ll call them out on other socials.

I’m at a loss for what I can do at this point other than forget it ever happened and warn as many people as possible that this company shamelessly scams people.

Stay very VERY far away.
