Delighted with my purchase - Hoping for more white gold designs
I’ve been keeping an eye on Eline Rosina’s website for a long time, so I was absolutely thrilled to see that their best seller piercing ‘Raya’ was finally available in 14 karat white gold with lab-grown diamonds. That combination is quite rare so I ordered it immediately.
It was a pre-order, so I knew it wouldn’t ship the next day and that we had to wait until the announced release date. Everything went smoothly, the communication was clear. Once it arrived, it was completely worth the wait, the piercing looks absolutely beautiful and the quality is stunning.
I’m really hoping they’ll release more piercings in 14K white gold with lab-grown diamonds in the future. I would certainly purchase again. It would also be amazing if they considered releasing some of their iconic designs as limited editions in white gold, with a fixed stock like they did for this model (which understandably sold out!).
I’m so happy I was finally able to buy something from this brand. I’ll definitely keep an eye on the website and wish them continued success with their business!

I bought the diamond Raya Piercing and its absolutely beautiful. Its dainty and chic. It took me a little bit to put it on because its so small but once one i was obsessed. This is going to become my staple piercing.

You’ll have to pay tax and duties on top of the price
If you are based in the UK, be very careful before ordering from this store. They don’t mention that you’ll end up paying Tax and duties on the products on top of what’s been advertised.
They don’t even say that it’s based outside of UK. Customer service is terrible and they never come back.

No response from customer service
Unfortunately, my recent order ended up on hold because of an addressing issue. I contacted customer service, but I never received a response. In the end, I had to go to my local post office, where they informed me that the sender had made a mistake with the label. I asked them to redirect the parcel there so I can pick it up myself.
So much for “smooth free shipping”.
It’s a shame, because the jewelry looks beautiful. I have ordered from this brand before and had no problems, and I truly love the piece I bought earlier. The product quality seems great, but the customer service experience was disappointing.

It is advisable to avoid this retailer. Customers are not provided with cancellation instructions. Contrary to all legal regulations, a return fee of €15 is charged for returns. I have still not received my money, despite assurances that I would.
UPDATE 20.01.
The seller is clearly unaware that, according to the German Civil Code (BGB) and the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB), the customer must be properly informed before AND after the conclusion of the contract, and is unaware of the legal consequences of failing to provide this information. It is obvious that an empty PDF file does not constitute proper information.
I have already contacted them through various channels to clarify the refund, but I have not received any response to date!
I also find it questionable that the seller has flagged my negative review for allegedly defamatory content. The correctness of the information can be proven and is also known to the seller...
