Hi Andrew, we are sorry to hear you have encountered a issue with the product we sent. We buy these 10mls directly from the company and as you know they are boxed, as a rule we don't look at 10mls as they have the stopper in so no real need for us to check them for any possible leaking like we would with the bigger bottles using different lids etc. The seal could be a factory falldown, i promise no one here or at the factory will have tampered with them so i'm 100% confident the liquid will be as it should be.
