Genuinely, the worst customer service experience. The guy won’t even respond to my partner, who has been actively trying to buy a car from them.
He replies every 2-3 days with short, unhelpful texts, mainly just pushing for a deposit in exchange for “keeping” the car. (I’m sorry - what?)
He refuses to send more photos, videos, answer basic questions, or even let my partner see the car before demanding a 10,000 kr deposit. Let’s be honest - getting that deposit back, if the car turns out to be a dud, will probably take 2 business years and a court case.
He didn’t even introduce himself until asked multiple times, and won’t pick up the phone - which is the bare minimum in car sales (or any sales, really).
I’m incredibly disappointed. My partner is a patient and reasonable man. This is unacceptable.
