I've made a order in february from this page and the ordering process was smooth. Their product is great and I'm happy 👍

I purchased a wool-blend coat from Elise Elegance for £50, however the item I received was materially different from what was advertised. The coat I received is 100% polyester and does not match the product description, images, or expected quality in any way.

I contacted Elise Elegance and provided clear photographic evidence comparing the advertised item with what I received. Despite this, I was told I would need to pay for return postage. As this is not a change-of-mind return but a case of goods not matching their description, I do not consider this acceptable.

The company initially offered a 15% refund to keep the item, followed by a 50% refund. I declined both offers, as they do not resolve the core issue that the product supplied does not match what was advertised.

At the time of writing, I am still waiting for Elise Elegance to provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue a chargeback through my payment provider and take further action regarding the apparent misrepresentation of goods.

I bought the Chunky Hoop Rounded Earrings
(Golden earring) and Cardigan for my wife as my anniversary gift and she like it. The are quality are good. The delivery took extra few days but package arrive fine.

Bought an item that was too small (the sizing guide is completely wrong for UK) requested a return and refund and was sent a supposedly larger size instead at my expense. Was exactly the same size as the first item. Was then refused a return or refund of either item. Followed the return policy process as per the website and was refused even a return address....buy at your own risk - you're stuck with whatever you get

The dress I ordered came out nicer than I expected. The fabric feels good and the fit is mostly right, just a bit snug on the sleeves. Shipping took a few extra days, but the package arrived fine. Overall a good experience, just not perfect.
