Ordered from ACE with delivery in 3-5 days. From what I can tell ACE prepared items for dispatch quickly and notified Elite to collect. 10 days later the order still not collected and Elite do not answer phone, reply to email or social media. Example of how your supply chain can ruin it for your business. I'd never ship anything with Elite again nor would I order from ACE whilst they're using Elite.
