Prompt delivery and good cutomer service.

I recently purchased wall and floor tiles for my bathroom from Elite Tiles, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The quality of the tiles is fantastic, and I love the fact that I could choose the same range for both the floor and the walls, with the floor tiles in a sleek matte finish and the wall tiles in a glossy style. It gives my bathroom a beautiful and coordinated look.

The staff at Elite Tiles were helpful and friendly throughout the process, guiding me in selecting the perfect tiles for my project. The delivery was speedy, and the price was great, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I had absolutely no notification that my tiles were being delivered. In spite of being asked to put them in the garden/shed, the delivery company refused and just dropped the pallet outside a neighbour's garage in the middle of the road. It is illegal not to have a licence for a skip so why should I risk a heavy fine for the incompetence of a delivery company who can't notify delivery or deliver properly. Absolutely disgraceful delivery service and they were expensive tiles so to leave them exposed to theft is just irresponsible.

I should add to this review to say that until the point of delivery, the customer service I received was spot on - I can't fault that at all - in fact it was excellent and the sample they sent to us was the best sized sample of any supplier. The time between order and delivery was excellent too. The delivery company let them down because they did not notify the day before that they were delivering and so I was at work.

The best thing about this place was a guy called Iggy who served us. I would give him 5 stars.

The worst thing about this place is the owner, Jetmair, who unilaterally cancelled an order 2 days before delivery and thus meant we had to cancel our tile fitter which cost us time and delay.

The most unprofessional and rudest person I had the misfortune to transact with.

I suspect he could sell our tiles to someone else for more which is why he cancelled our order!

He thinks by refunding my deposit, he’s doing me a favour.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, unless your taking stock of delivery, as he’s liable to change his mind.

Probably the best quality Tiles in the U.K. market, minimal and posh. Highly-recommend!

I am in love with these tiles. Very good range of tiles that made my bathroom look like a million bucks and great delivery. Definitely will use this company again.
