I'm disabled and I will never use anyone else?
I'm disabled and I sometimes have complicated travel needs.
These guys are amazing. They know only accommodated the space for all of my luggage and wheelchair but also made sure I was safely turned over to the accessibility team at the airport before they left, when they came to pick me up they came into the airport where I was at the meeting place and gathered all my stuff and me and off we went to the car
(The big shout out to the accessibility team at Gatwick Airport for BA!)
Abdul is an amazing driver very interesting travel companion we had good conversation he was very considerate.
He hauled my luggage up three flights of stairs. Not one complaint.
( And tipped accordingly. Because Americans have been trained to honor service people with extra renumeration when they put out extra effort!)
I was gone for 6 weeks and it took so much stress off of the journey.
The whole process from first contact to the last goodbye was easy, straightforward and reasonably priced especially for the level of service they provided for me
I won't ever use anyone else.

Outstanding service from Elite Airport Transfers
The service provided by Elite Airport Transfers was first class. Your drivers were punctual, helpful, and courteous. We also changed our late-night Saturday flight into Gatwick to Friday afternoon into Luton and asked you to change the transfer with one day's notice. You did this straight away and also increased the size of the vehicle so we could fit another friend in. This was exceptional customer service, and I will only use Elite Airport Transfers for all my trips in the future.

Excellent Transfer
I had an excellent transfer experience with Elite on 20 Nov from Crowborough to LHR. Driver texted that he was on the way, he arrived early and let me know he was waiting at the house. He was polite and friendly, and the car was clean and comfortable. Traffic was moving quite well despite it being morning rush hour and we arrived at LHR earlier than I expected. Overall it was a very good ride and I would highly recommend both the driver and your company. Thank you, I’ll definitely book with you again!
