False copyright claims - fraudulent use of Content ID

I’ve had multiple false copyright claims from Elite Alliance, operating through Epic Elite, with zero response or resolution.

Each time, the dispute simply expired after 30 days without any action or communication — leaving the content blocked. This pattern has repeated on several of my videos.

After looking into it, I discovered that Elite Alliance, Epic Elite Ltd, Epic Elite International Holdings Ltd, Songmate Ltd, Merchmate Ltd, Eternal Eclipse Ltd, and Eternal Music Group are all interconnected brands or entities controlled by the same person — Nitish Tarlok Raina (UK).
These names appear interchangeably across websites like epicelite.com, elitealliance.net, and songmate.com, often with the same contact details and director information.

While they market themselves as a “premium rights management” or “invite-only MCN,” my experience has been the opposite: baseless claims, complete lack of accountability, and no genuine human review of claims and disputes.

If you’re an artist, label, or content creator, approach these companies with extreme caution. Ensure you document all communications, maintain timestamped evidence of your original works, and avoid signing anything without a clear written agreement.

Avoid using music tracks registered by Elite Alliance Music!

I'm a video editor and work as a freelancer.
For my client's project I used music tracks registered by Elite Alliance Music (from Envato Elements).
It's already been more than a week, but my client still has a claim on the video after providing the license file.
I've contacted Elite Alliance on their website, but still no response.

Make false copyright claims on content…

Make false copyright claims on content stated to be pixelbays licence, against youtube's policy where it states that appealing a content ID claim won't result in a strike they threaten strike which will be reversed if I give them my entire video, even though it's transformative and fair use and I've been informed is pixelbays licence not theirs as music was not used from them but was used by pixelbay, but they ignore all claims and even though copyright was changed to "none" by youtube it still hit me with a false copyright strike stealthily out of nowhere.
