That guys is not only damaged the wall and started to play, but also not giving paperwork’s, charged me and the landlord, came across to him, avoiding me.
Charged more then agreed and told, if we will not pay him extra - he will take the boiler back or break

After he blocked us on a Facebook.

All phone conversation were recorded.
Will report to gas safe and to trading standards.

Also, will take him to court.
