Signed up for a 12 week coaching…

Signed up for a 12 week coaching program with her, she took a list of my likes and dislikes, intolerances etc. Told her I don't eat red meat and that im lactose intolerant. She specialises in "custom meal plans" anyway every week in my personalised custom meal plan there was beef, lamb, cheese, yoghurts. Id email saying i cant eat these things and she never would change it. On her Instagram story she would "repost" her other clients prepping their meals for the week and guess what they were the exact same as mine. This is when I started thinking this isn't custom you send the same thing to everyone and change the quantities. I every week was doing my check in saying im just tired all the time and a range of other symptoms, she never changed my plan always told me it was because of my monthly cycle. I wasn't losing any weight or CM. still never changed the plan. after following it for 10 weeks I stopped Id never felt worse in my whole life. She knew before I commenced the plan that id come from eating a diet based on more of a high fat then a high carb. I then went to the doctors to investigate why I always feel like crap after eating any form of carb and have since found out I have hypo glycaemia. Again this is why my body performs better on fats it cannot process carbohydrates like a normal healthy persons can. Im totally dis satisfied with the service, I was paying for something I never got. The reason I believe she couldn't change the macros to be more fat based for me was because the same plan is sent to everyone. Its why it contained red meat and dairy when I asked for it not to. This is all my personal experience I worked hard for weeks, prepping and working out, getting in my steps, to ultimately get no result and not be listened to by the coach. I stopped checking in and just let the 12 week contract run out and she never contacted me about it.
