After waiting 2 months for these boots,I incorrectly ordered what I thought was a uk 6/39, the 39 was in fact USA so comes in at a 5.5,also the box was scruffy and for another boot completely!! I questioned if they were actually real.which they assured me they were,after numerous emails, back and forth as per their policy!! If you choose the wrong size,it’s your fault,end of!! I was willing to pay the return postage and order a larger size again and pay the €15 postage fee!! But it was a straight no!! I’m now left with a £139 pair of boots that are too small,with a dodgy box,trying to sell them!! Meanwhile my son hasn’t got any boots till I get some sort of reduced money back!! Terrible customer service!! I will never use them again.

I ordered shoes for my son three months ago, but we haven't received any information about the shipment. They only write that we will receive it soon! I will not order from this website again.

My son ordered boots, three months later no sign of the boots, company not responding to emails, no phone number to contact them.

Boots came in 4 weeks as written on their shipping policy, the boots were stunning, for 140€ I’m amazed, I recommend this company to everyone
