Sizing isn't accurate, curvy girls beware
Unfortunately when it comes to their tops, the sizing is completely off. I am normally a size 18, I received the size 18-20 (3XL) but no chance in hell I was fitting into the t-shirt, it was quite disappointing actually when other fitness clothing stores offer true to size for the curvier people.
The leggings are basically the only item that was true to size (sort of) but doesn't suck you in like other brands I have.
It is a shame they don't offer refunds, only exchange or credit..so now I will have a credit for buying accessories :)

Still no tracking number
I ordered a jumper and some socks and even paid for express shipping and almost a whole week later and I'm yet to receive any information of my order being shipped..
I didn't order during a sale either. Dissapointing considering I ordered all of this for an occasion and thinking I ordered well in advance being express and now my order won't arrive in time. I definitely would have just gone in store if I had of read all these reviews first about how long you wait. They need a better warehouse process to get peoples orders out faster and should not allow to pay extra for express shipping when it isn't express.

The customer service is really good and you helped with a small issue i had with the order which was great!
Only downfall is that you dont offer refunds, and takes a little longer then I would like to arrive, but other then that great and love your clothes- thank you!

Sizing…
The products look amazing on the models as per almost everything online. I find Elite Elevens sizing is SO different to so many other sports/active wear I have. Only thing that may prevent me purchasing again.
