elitefixtures.com exceptionally poor customer service

I ordered via telephone replacement glass for outdoor craftmade light post. They sent the wrong product. I gave them the correct model number of the light that I had, but yet they sent glass for the wrong light. When I emailed to inform them that the receipt noted the wrong light, only then was I informed that they would not allow returns of glass product. Despite this being their mistake, Mary Jane insists that they will not refund my money as I return the wrong glass. This is terrible customer service. I have filed a complaint with BBB.
