I was able to make my first claim with…

I was able to make my first claim with no problems. Elite Home Warranty (EWH) made the claim process extremely easy. I was quickly assigned a technician in my area, who did outstanding work and was very polite and professional. I’m glad I chose EWH and can say with confidence that my home is in good hands!

I am more than pleased with Elite and the service

I put a claim in for my washer on a Wednesday. Thursday someone was at my home to look at it, which it was not repairable. A couple of hours later a Elite rep was calling about my claim and offering me a payment in lieu of repair/replacement. I received an email Tuesday the payment amount I agreed to was deposited into my account.

Nir was very friendly and courteous. He was knowledgeable about the different warranties and was able to help me decide what was best for me. I appreciate his feedback and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Elite to family and friends.

Elite Home Warranty…

The company seems to have a great policy when compared to other home warranty companies. I did google them and seen the BBB rating in comparison which is why I chose to go with Elite. The sales team is a bit pushy as they were calling and texting a little too much for my liking. I had to communicate what I found to my Fiancé Jennifer Diaz, new owner of the home to be sure we wanted to extend it to a 5 year warranty vs. a 1 year that is being paid by the sellers. I will update this if we have any claims and give honest feedback on how it is handled. Hopefully this is insurance I won’t need.

I have had two other home warranty…

I have had two other home warranty companies over the last 13 years. I was not satisfied with either of them, so I looked for a new company, this spring.

Elite, so far, is appreciably better, across the board. My claim concierge Will was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. The service company that was sent out on my first claim solved the problem very quickly. Elite direct contact follow up was a pleasant surprise and appreciated.

Thank you, Elite, for a job well done.

Extremely Satisfied

After carefully reviewing at least 6 different home warranty companies, I chose Elite Home Warranty based on various reviews, BBB accreditation, policy features, price, and customer service. I spoke with an Agent, Steven, who was professional, polite, and he answered all of my questions. I went with a 5-year plan that provides the best price and lock-in guarantees. This is only day one but so far, I’m very happy.

Cesar was very professional and polite. The process of signing up very quick and easy. He answered all my questions without hesitation. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision as I felt with another company I spoke with a few days before.

Cesar was great

Cesar was great and explained everything.
These guys do not have pushy sales folks just itching to make a quick buck.
We just started our policy with Elite Home warranty, and really do feel like they will take care of us.

Elite Home Warranty Washer Replacement

I appreciate Elite Home Warranty working with me on the pricing of a new washer comparable to what I have now as a brand new unit. They came through and found something that was affordable for me though I am a relatively new customer and they were flexible in assisting me with securing the unit through future payments.
