The teeth didn't come with instructions at all

This gotta be a joke! I paid 60 dollars for some doll baby teeth that came in a plastic bag with glue balls. SMH.. This is a scam..BARNONE!! Do not BUY THESE TEETH!! I should of read the reviews 😢. The FEDS AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SHOULD INVESTIGATE THESE PEOPLE. BECAUSE THESE ARE REAL CROOKS

I got scammed. Received a fake product in a plastic bag that is broken. I have been requesting a refund or for someone to contact me and I get no response.

Rubbish company im paying for veneers with case but I’m receiving fake one in the plastic bag so rubbish staff.54£ for nothing

There is probably a true Elitelux store, please be aware of scam artists using there brand name, I went through Tik tok advert spent £31 and sent a top set of cheep veneer teeth which are totally rubbish, went out of my bank as ELITESTUFF LONDON, after my experience in the past, I've fallen for another Scam.

I requested a refund more than a week ago and despite emailing and contacting on social media channels, I have had no response at all. Really disappointing and given it states refunds are accepted on the website, they are not upholding their own policies.

Good price and had the sunglasses I needed to replace a pair that got broken. I was kept up to date with delivery.

My order didn’t take as long as I thought and sometimes you think the site is fake or a scam I can tell you it’s not and they have some wonderful things at nice prices and there was some one communicateing with me every day just about while my package was in transit the shopping experience was excellent thank you guys for makeing me comfortable whole shopping with you everyone shop and join the shopping club you will love it

The customer service is excellent, there was only a problem with customs and my package took a while to arrive, the product arrived in excellent condition, of course I will order with them again.
