I complained about the damaged watch. Ms. Keisha wrote to me how and where to send the watch. I did that. Since then, no response to my emails. I have neither the money nor the watch. Be careful. The watch is of very poor quality and will stop working quickly. If you complain and send it to China according to Ms. Keisha's instructions, you will not get it back. And Keisha will stop answering emails.

I recently bought a watch from this company. Within a day the watch had stopped. It is an automatic and I have many (authentic) automatic watches at home so know how they work. I wear mine all the time and so it should not stop. By the second day it had stopped again. Keisha Gomes was very polite and helpful before the watch arrived, but the minute I told her the watch was defective and I wished to return it, she became very rude and abusive. She asked me to return it to an address in China and to declare it as a bracelet with a value of under 5 US dollars!!?? The watch was over 500 US dollars!!?? I told her several times I was unhappy about doing this, then took legal advise and was told this was fraudulent!! I would avoid this company at all costs!!! Please do not spend one penny. They have a UK address but it has nothing to do with the company. I did not comply with her instructions as I knew I was at risk of being prosecuted if this parcel was intercepted. This is one huge scam

I've bought a replica GMT master ii a few years back, still ticking and keeping accurate time. This time I've gone fro a dressier replica Ballon Bleu.
Arrived well packaged, and in great condition.
I'll probably leave a review for a third watch as time progresses.

Do not buy from this company or ALLSWISSWATCH.IS. Paid for a Patek 6 months ago and never received watch. Sent dozens of emails which are all ignored.
They use a UK which is basically a house in the UK which has nothing to do with their organisation.
Learn from my mistake do not make any purchase from them.
They also have associated companies . Only use retailers that allow credit card payment. These thrives use bank transfer.
