Beware twice did not turn up
We were extremely disappointed with the service. Elite Roofing and Restoration, from Dudly
The job was booked for 7:00am, but nobody turned up and there was no phone call or message to explain why.
The following day, someone contacted us to ask if we still wanted the work carried out. We declined. Shortly afterwards, the person who originally came to provide the quote phoned us. He explained that his phone had been damaged in an accident, apologised sincerely, and promised to be at our property at 8:00am two days later.
Unfortunately, they failed to turn up again, with no communication whatsoever.
For a company whose website promises the best customer service, our experience was the complete opposite. Based on our experience, I would advise others to be cautious.
