This is our second heat pump & solar installation - the first being at a different property for which there was zero support after installation.
After extensive research we decided we wanted a Heat Geek approved installer and found Elite who have the higher level Heat Geek Elite Status.
From the outset Elite have been first class. James Proctor delivered a timely detailed quote, explaining the benefits of adding batteries to the system.
Very quickly after acceptance James Clark carried out an extensive property survey (the cost of which was deducted from the final bill). The installation team of Tom, Lee, Lew, Pete and Liam were excellent, overcoming on site obstacles with a smile and a we will sort it mantra.
James Clark has just returned to complete the commissioning set-up and we have all the apps needed to operate and fine tune our requirements should we need to. Elite will also register the required paperwork and monitor our system from their end. They are also available any time if we have any further questions and will return when appropriate to carry out servicing.
