many 'fake" participants on the website. no information posted, making connections virtually impossible to make. and without information, how does your system suggest % of compatibility. efforts made to obtain members' phone numbers before development of any level of trust - phone numbers are critical identifiers of identity more and more.

I cancelled my membership 6 days before it was due to renew but they said it has to be 7 days and took a further payment for 6 months membership. I queried why they are saying when membership ends if the notification period is 7 days prior.

I spent time filling out preference detail and Elite ignored all of this and the 'matches' sent quite frankly couldnt have been more opposite - awful.

I will be going to small claims court on behalf of all the other members who see their membership expiry date on their account but its a nonsense as you have to end 7 days before or they automatically renew for another 6 months.

Awful, awful dating site - should be called Delete not Elite!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I have received. On the 10th of this month, my account was unexpectedly blocked. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting assistance and clarification on the issue. I received a reply stating that my identity needed to be verified, and I promptly provided all the necessary information and documentation. However, it has now been over six days, and I have not received any further communication from your team.

What frustrates and annoys me the most is that my account was active for weeks without any problems. However, as soon as I decided to pay for your service and actively search for a match, my account was immediately blocked. Not only am I unable to access the service I paid for, but I have also not been refunded for this inconvenience.

SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.. THEY ARE FRUADS..

Elite is not even worth one star. I joined and realised I would have to part with more money after I joined premium….. I then cancelled as I wasn’t going to spend more money. There is the 14 day cooling off period. I received an email acknowledging cancellation stating I would get a refund which I have not and my emails questioning my refund have totally been ignored. As far as I am concerned it is a scam and not worth wasting time or energy.

Did not read these reviews in advance and paid the price. I purchased a six month membership to test the waters. This was expensive. The lesson came when the renewal occurred (I thought I had cancelled the payment). I awoke in the morning to an email stating the renewal had occurred (no email at any time in advance of payment to remind me it was happening). The email to customer care was promptly answered with a "no we won't refund". Unfortunately my card company "guarantee" transactions and will not dispute a transaction over £24.99 so they are getting the boot also.
UPDATE: Six days after my reply stating I would follow up with my credit card a refund was issued as a gesture of goodwill.

Do NOT subscribe. I've been on for 2 months and it is ONLY scammers using fake profiles. They're just trying to harvest personal info. Again STAY AWAY from this site. I've already met 5 women on Bumble and it's wayyyyyyyy less expensive.

Run run run away! Not Elite at all. They are bunch of crooks! They will try all the possible ways to take your money from your credit card. If you have already given your credit card please cancel your credit card.
Their dealings are very unprofessional.

after a thorough review decided to try EliteSingles. Opening account and looking around is not possible unless you are willing to pay for it immediately. My picture and manatory text fields get all rejected for no particular reason.

Great to meet high value peoples. My 4 star is because the site don't lead you to your regional site. I subscribe to the US site without being advised of it and I received only 4 match from my region. I cancelled my subscription after 3 days and will resubscribed later on my regional site.

Scammers. Got a surprise charge to my account for $300 with no warning for a “subscription” and they make it impossible to contact them to dispute. Do not give them anything

Terrible site. Expensive and not for professionals. Worst of all, I corresponded with a scammer that goes by the name of Raymond Beasley. He asked for money repeatedly, reported to the site but they ignore my claims. Stay away from Elite Singles!

Elite Singles is a waste of money. The vast majority of "members" are just curious, so even if you reach out to contact, they are unable to respond.

From my experience -- and I assume that half of those to whom I contact would not be interested to respond -- the remaining half is 40 percent non-paying members, 5 percent fake profiles, and just 5 percent interactive.

There appear to be few, if any, members under age 60.

The number of fake profiles is very high, although I give Elite credit that they react quickly and efficiently when there a fake profile is found.

You cannot test the water for a month. The minimum 3-month sign-up is significantly overpriced for the results returned.

The filtering system is weak, often ineffective, and consistently displays profiles well outside my parameters.

My profile was blocked and told there were some indescrepencies by customer services and they would need an ID check. Stupidly I sent a photo of my driving license and haven’t heard anything back for a week I’ve emailed Katie Berns and general customer services and still not had a reply or even confirmation. And my profile is still blocked. All I did was hold back from a paid subscription and I was blocked. I will not use this site again obviously and cannot believe I naively sent my license details. I am now worried about fraud.

I got totally scammed by Elite Singles! Many weeks prior to the end of my subscription, I went into my account and set the renewal date to Cancel. They didn't care, they went and renewed me for another 6 months, after taking almost 270$ on my credit card! I contacted support to ask them to refund me. They just replied that they disabled my auto-renewal (which I already did long before that) and that a renewal renewal wouldn't reoccur in 6 months. No refund whatsoever! I can't trust them, They stole me! Now I'll have to cancel my credit card to make sure this doesn't repeat in 6 months!! They're just crooks, beware!!!

Any site that makes you jump through hoops to cxl your membership or cxl your automatic renewal, makes a big statement, they are just looking for your money and don't care about their customers. They are looking to scam you out of your money. Run, do not walk away from this website. I can tell they are a scam dating site just by their payment plans and cancellation policies. You should be able to cancel /and or / turn off Automatic renewal seamlessly.

Elite Singles is a joke… Unlike most, if not, all other dating sites, you can’t even see who the person is that they claim has shown an interest in you… I tried to delete my “free” account but there are too many hops to jump thru, including entering some kinda code… Screw “Elite Singles”… Their constant email is a harrassment.

In my experience, this App is absolutely a fraud!
To begin with, it's kind of complicated and tricky to be able to cancel the subscription.
Also, the application never takes into account your search criteria. Besides, there are many fake profiles that only show a picture. To top it off, when you are about to end your subscription, suspicious guys send you messages, showing interest in meeting you. But surprise! after the subscription is renewed, those matches simply disappear. In conclusion, do not waste your money and time on this App!

Very disappointed with this site. A lot of fakes/scammers. Upside is, they give you alerts about such characters. A good number of people with unflattering, unprofessional photos not worthy of the company’s name. I have written the company about it. It doesn’t give a good representation of their standards. I actually cancelled my subscription about 4 months ago, never received a confirmation email so they charged me again for another 6 mons. & would not refund. Now I cancelled my renewal subscription (again), took a screenshot & forwarded it to their customer service & was finally acknowledged. Unlike another site I’m trying right now, I get very very few local matches. I’m given matches out of my preferences. When you search the site, it’s in the top 10. From experience, not on my book. I’d give their customer service a fairly good rating as they do respond to queries. Keep on writing them if you have cancelled your membership & like what I did, take a screenshot & attach it or else, they will keep charging your card. Fraudulently from my perspective. Do not trust reviews from other sites. Trust the reviews here on Trustpilot

They only match you with others who have paid to use the site. Not everyone who creates a profile. You can't go search through profiles. You can only contact the people they select for you. Which hasn't been many at all. Total waste of money.
