i’ve tried to contact the company multiple times regarding my order and haven’t heard back at all. I even called the physical location and was told i would get a call back and still have not got anything.
Edit: changed from 2 to 4 since they reached out and made things right.

I appreciate your attempt to fulfill the order. Sorry it didn't work out. I think it may be better to warn customers regarding shipping restrictions when they are placing the order but it likely is not possible. Elite tools did all they could do to help including prompt notification of the problem. I managed to get product elsewhere for similar pricing.

Went to follow up as to when my order…
Went to follow up as to when my order would arrive and I was told by the courier that they do not service western Canada and they handed delivery out to a third party. I have no idea of when my package will arrive.

I'm a little surprised at how long my order is taking in "processing". Ordered on Sept 12 and still "processing" on Sept 17th. For something that was supposed to be in stock.
EDIT: The team at Elite Tools responded quickly and my order has now shipped. Great customer service. Thanks Elite Tools!

Elite tools shipped the wrong item.. I emailed 3 times without an answer. I finally called them, they apologized for the inconvenience and sent me what I had ordered.

I’m not sure what changed with your shipping, but in the past I use to get items I ordered a lot quicker than I do now.
Love how Elite tools has items that otherwise my only option would be to order from the States. And at great prices too. Highly recommend. Easy online ordering too.

Still Waiting…
Ordering off the website was easy enough and they have already charged my credit card but I haven’t received the products yet or even received an email that my order has shipped. I find it a bit odd that I would be asked to rate my experience when they haven’t even sent my items to me yet.
