They change their rules and don't inform their users. Their straight to funded rules are a complete joke. I will never use them again. Extremely badly managed company who will do anything to get out of paying you your money. Scam? There are lots of better prop firms out there, why pay a dodgy one your money.

Be Aware!!!! 7 prop firms, and thought this one ETF was diferent. It was NOT. Once you are profitable, they send you directly to LIVE (the button for the payout does not appear, so you cannot request it once completed the 8 days, and the worst = it is written in the rules. They play with the overconfidence that at least you will be able to request your first payout, hard earned money, after a lot of evaluations, and then...pufff. They suggest transmitting to LIVE in 7 days, and place a lot of steps involving clearer pictures, and excuses. Result = no money, and no payouts, and finally no LIVE. You have been trapped, scammed or wathever you wanna call it. Still waiting for the 0,05% of the account forfeiture, as rules stated, misserable ammount. It is my genuine experience and of course have not receipt incentive.

STAY AWAY. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SCAM PRACTICES. If i could give this company a negative star, i would in a heartbeat. Trading is already hard. You dont need a business making it any harder.
This was my first payout request after being with the firm for just over a month and traded my elite (Funded) account for a total of 9 trading days. During that period, i had zero red days, I traded consistently and responsibly, generating approximately $1,000–$1,100 in profit per day while strictly following all their trading rules and satisfying all payout requirements. Total profit in account 1 was $9445 and account 2 $3227.6. Requested a max payout of $2750.
After submitting my payout request, I completed all required Sumsub and Rise verification documents under the understanding that my payout was actively being processed. Both verifications were approved without any issues.
Despite meeting every requirement, the firm cancelled my accounts and is now attempting to move me to a live account without issuing the payout I legitimately earned (How Convenient). At the same time, i am forfeiting more than $12,000 across both Elite Funded accounts. They are proposing a live account with only $1,800 after a $197 account data fee AND i can only trade up to 5 micros. What a SHAM of a Company & a WASTE of TIME.

They have so many rules designed for you to fail. Even if you have success you’ll get feed constantly and more hurdles put in your way. They pushed me to live when I started requesting multiple big payouts. I earned roughly 10,000 in my funded accounts and got pushed to live with an 1800 account. ETF sucks

The platform and support work very well, the main problem is that they don't pay you.
Bunch of scammers

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this prop trading firm.
I paid activation fees for 5 Elite accounts, plus approximately $45 per month for each Rithmic account (5 accounts in total), while fully respecting all the rules imposed. I traded with discipline, respected the risk conditions, and reached the point where I was eligible for a payout.
At the moment I requested the withdrawal of my profits, the situation suddenly changed: my account was moved to the Live Elite program, and my payout request was canceled without me having requested this change.
From my perspective, this raises serious concerns, as the rules seem to change exactly when a trader becomes profitable and should be able to withdraw their earnings.
Everything changes when a trader becomes profitable and represents a “threat” to the firm. Requests get blocked, payouts are not processed, and everything is nicely disguised under this so-called LIVE trading vision. As long as the trader has respected all conditions, they deserve to receive their profits, and only afterwards should a transition to LIVE be made with their consent; otherwise, the partnership should be closed. Of course, this is how serious firms operate, not scam ones.
I tried to clarify the situation and request payment according to the initial conditions, but the responses were vague and did not lead to any concrete resolution.
I believe this approach is highly problematic for traders, as it creates a lack of transparency and uncertainty regarding access to realized profits.
I strongly recommend not investing money in challenges or activation fees. It is all a scam-like structure and you will not receive your money back. It is not worth it. There are other more serious firms out there. Low-cost challenges and “dream promises” often end up being nothing but a waste of time and money.
From my personal experience, this was not a fair or transparent collaboration, and I would not choose to work with this company again, even if they offered to pay me my own money. Everything feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Followed the rules and got paid out within 48 hours.
Good customer service and support.
Great prop firm that is trustworthy and worth the cost. ETF has been in the prop space for many years now and is very established.
I was invited to do this review after I received a payout. I'm not an affiliate and get nothing in return for this review. Just wanted to share my experience. Will update if anything changes.
Looking forward to more payouts with them, thanks ETF!

It’s been a while but I received my first payout this year with ETF! Their rules are strict but it is easy to follow.

UPDATE: ETF HAVE RESPONDED. HERE IS WHAT THEY LEFT OUT.
ETF's public reply disputes several points but conveniently omits others. Here is what they did not address.
On the name: their own registration form has two fields. First name and last name. No field for a third name exists. You cannot penalize a trader for a field you never provided.
On the address: they acknowledge regional documentation differences but offer no solution for Kenyan traders whose national ID carries a lifelong origin address that will never match a current residential address. That is not a reconciliation failure. That is a system built without Africa in mind.
On the Sumsub override: they did not deny the option exists. They confirmed they chose not to apply it. That is a choice, not a policy.
On the Discord: every post I made was deleted. I was banned for 24 hours, then 7 days when the ban lifted. I never got to respond to a single community member. ETF said nothing about this in their response.
On the terms they quoted: they cited a clause protecting their right to void payouts. They cited no obligation to ensure their KYC system works for the countries they profit from.
The payout success page shows two Kenyan traders in two years. Two.
This is not a rant. This is a record.
ORIGINAL POST
I have been with this firm for over three years, failing 70+ funded and evaluation accounts before finally passing and qualifying for my first payout on a 10K Static Elite Sim Funded account. No trading violations. Ever.
My payout was approved. Then denied. My account was terminated.
THE NAME ISSUE
Your registration form asked for a first name and last name. Two fields. I filled them both correctly. There was no field for a middle or third name. After three years, my payout was partly denied because my full legal name, which includes a third name, was not on my profile. A name your own form never asked for. That is a design failure, not a compliance failure.
THE ADDRESS ISSUE
In Kenya, a national ID carries your place of origin, fixed for life regardless of where you currently live. My bank statement (Proof of Address) reflects my current urban address. These two will naturally differ for most Kenyan citizens. That is not fraud. That is how our documentation system works.
Your KYC provider also requires a street address, house number, and flat number. Most of Kenya runs on P.O. Boxes. I cannot provide a street address that does not exist.
I PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED KYC WITH THIS FIRM
The firm underwent major structural changes over my three years here, including removing a KYC process I had already completed successfully. My identity was verified and accepted by this firm before. The documents have not changed. The firm's infrastructure did. I should not be penalized for that.
SUMSUB OFFERS A MANUAL OVERRIDE. THE FIRM SAID NO.
This is the most important detail. Sumsub, the firm's own KYC provider, recommended that my case could be resolved through manual verification with an exception. The firm has a clear path to resolve this fairly. They chose not to take it.
Instead they kept the profits from my account, denied the payout, and refunded only the evaluation fee. After three years, 70+ attempts, and a legitimately earned payout, that was their choice. That is not compliance. That is deeply unethical.
THE NUMBERS
Check the firm's own payout success page. Over two years, only two Kenyan traders appear. Two. That is not coincidence. That is a systemic barrier quietly operating while the firm continues collecting challenge fees from across the continent.
On top of all this, when I shared my experience on their Discord to warn other African traders, my posts were deleted and I was muted for 7 days.
If you are based in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania or anywhere in Africa where P.O. Boxes are standard and national IDs carry origin addresses, understand this: you may pass every evaluation, trade perfectly, and still be denied at the finish line. And this firm will decline the tools available to them to fix it.
This is not a rant. This is a record.
