Had a major leak under the house, Adam & Charlie from Elite came and fixed it, very friendly and totally professional.
All working fine now despite a difficult job.
Left site very tidy, would highly recommend them

Excellent service from Kris, Brooke, and Josh. Replaced the water supply pipe with minimum disruption. Considerate, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely competent at what they do.

The team of Kris, Brooke and Josh worked very hard and completed our water supply pipe replacement quickly and efficiently, with the minimum of disruption to the slate tiling in our frontage and a very neat repair to the concrete on the side path. It wasn't the easiest of jobs and we're not the easiest of clients, but Elite met and even exceeded our expectations.

Charlie and Adam of Elite Utility Services came to us to deal with a leak from what is a very old outside water pipe.They had to identify the location of the leak,no easy task, and eventually created a new pipe to bypass the offending area.
They were very professional,friendly and hardworking.They were able to finish the job in very good time for us after a very early start to their day.
We can thoroughly recommend them to anyone experiencing similar problems.

In terms of indoor disruption this was to us a fairly complex problem, however the engineers were able to lift wooden flooring to disconnect old rotted mains pipe and replace with new supply pipe and stopcock. the team were competent, professional, respectful and not least very tidy.
I would not hesitate in referring Elite Utility Services as an affordable understanding company upholding decent business practices.

Elite were referred to us by a conglomerate whose service in this matter up to then had been poor.
Kris and Brooke made up for those inadequacies with prompt attendance and a wholly friendly approach. They got on with the project of repairing a fairly major leaking mains pipe without a murmur or tutting about its complexity.
We expected to lose some shrubs in the process but they saved them and despite it being a "dirty" job left the area in good condition.
They worked well as a team with nil breaks and were the most courteous and friendly tradespeople we have encountered.

We just had Kris & Adam complete a pipe relay at our house and they couldn't have been better.

We contacted Elite Utility's sister company,SPS, about replacing the water pipe to our house as the flow was really slow. They took some details over the phone from my partner and gave us a very competitive quote, assuring us that no site visit was needed. We booked them in to do the work and Elite Utility turned up. The crew told us they do the work in the South and
SPS in the North. Of course, with no site survey having taken place there were loads of issues that cropped up that the work crew were unaware of. Well, the crew of
Brooke, Adam, Kris and Ouie dealt with all the problems with great expertise and kept smiling throughout. It was a messy job and they cleaned up the site nicely. I would certainly recommend Elite Utility to anybody needing this kind of work done.

Sam and Ollie came to repair a leak under our drive. They were promt and got straight on with the job, dug two small holes and moled under the concrete, to bypass the old pipe and install a new one. They were very professional and efficient. They left everything clean and tidy. It was very much more effective than having to dig a trench. I would highly recommend them.

Kris and Brooke did an excellent job installing a new mains water pipe using the moling technique and repositioned the stockcock. They were very pleasant and polite and left the house and drive in a very good condition.

I can’t recommend Sam and his team enough, starting from the initial enquiry, to the completion of the job.
We had 2 passes for the team too complete under a tarmac drive, with had particularly hard ground to contend with, this was no issue at all for them.
Unfortunately, a separate contractor went through a water pipe, thankfully Sam had all the equipment on board to rectify this issue swiftly causing little mess.

Easy and quick to get a quote, very professional and trustworthy from the first hello. Chris and a young girl (sorry forgot her name) were friendly, efficient and tidy. Disruption was at a minumum in terms of noise and amount of time water shut off. The company generally have been helpful and informative every step of the way. Highly recommend

The team of Brooke, Ollie & Adam arrived and explained what they intended to do. They were friendly and just got on with the work. When finished they made sure everything was OK, cleaned up and left. Very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Great team that came to put in a new plastic water pipe, arrived on time, friendly and explained what they were doing. Brought the pipe into the house exactly where I wanted it. Cleaned up after the job and completed everything very quickly. I was impressed with the moling kit and has increased my water pressure x3. I would definitely recommend this company.

Sam and the team were very accommodating to a delicate situation with the neighbours (and their newborn) when replacing the lead piping in both flats. They put two teams on the job to get it finished in one day. Very responsive communication with Caroline in the office both before and after the job. I would highly recommend them
