They totally scammed us. Beware please don't order from these people. It was supposed to get a device that would read blood sugar. They sent us a regular pulse oximeter worth about $6. I've been fighting with PayPal for 2 months to try to get a refund. He told us we could mail it back for a refund international shipping for Hong Kong for an item that weighs about 6 oz is over $200. Don't ever purchase anything from them they are total scam artist.

The worst customer service ever in my life.
Good afternoon. My name is Christian Ignatz, and I compete in the Men’s Physique category for the NPC and PCA federations here in Ireland.

On April 28th, I received the item I purchased — Order ALW5607 (Red Lava - Size 30 / 16”). Unfortunately, I was unable to wear the shorts at my competition, as the fit was far too tight and small for my physique the day before the show.

To provide transparency, I have attached photos from the Musclecontest Ireland event held on May 17th, 2025, showing that I wore a different pair of competition shorts — from Manifest Competitor Wear in blue — instead of the item I ordered from your brand.
I intend to purchase a larger size, as I have another competition coming up next month, and I’m genuinely a fan of Alite Wear and of the athlete Pro Ali.

However, I’d like to kindly suggest that the sizing around the waist on the shorts seems particularly small and could benefit from more detailed measurement information on the website to help customers make more informed choices.

How can I trust and buy another competitor shorts ?

I ordered 6 items from this company and received 4. They have not responded to my numerous emails asking for a refund or replacement for the missing items.

Love my new backpack - plenty of space for work stuff and gym stuff, comfortable to carry and looks good too.

On November 25, 2023, I received the ordered bag, and by December 7, 2023, I observed that the bag's strap had developed tears. Promptly, I initiated communication by sending emails on the same day, followed by subsequent emails on December 11 and December 18. Regrettably, despite these efforts, I have yet to receive a response as of today, January 15, 2024.

This experience is disheartening, considering my initial satisfaction with the product during the initial two weeks of use. Unfortunately, the prolonged absence of customer service and the ensuing silence have significantly altered my perception of the brand.

Poor quality and cheaply made - the straps keep falling off buckles and fasteners come loose. I had contacted the customer service regarding and they said there was nothing wrong with the straps loosening, however, they exchanged the bag; same issue with the second backpack. I don’t even carry a lot in it but can’t imagine this bag being able to hold up to 15kg. Had each backpack for roughly 6 months but issue starts immediately after use. I would definitely not recommend it at all...it's best to spend a bit more and go for the more expensive alternative with the other brands!

The bag I bought is of excellent quality, very sturdy and holds all my gear well. Lots of pockets to organise things properly. Bottle holders are deeper than majority of bags and can be cinched down so there's no rattling or bottles falling out. Main compartment is spacious. I used my bag for my work lunch, snacks and work gear and it holds all of that with a bit of space for more. Front has molle webbing so I plan on getting a couple pockets to add to the front for a first aid kit. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Love, love, love this backpack! It looks really well built and sturdy while looking stylish and supercool (I got the black and purple 45l backpack). Had some issues with the delivery, but this was an issue with the currier and not the business and once I contacted them, they sent a new item with next day delivery. Can't fault them for item quality and customer service. Just hope they get back that first item they shipped.
