Poor customer service response

I placed a order over $100 July 6 21 it's has almost been a month status still order received. I have emailed then 3 times to ask a update of when will be shipped. No reply. They also have a very outdated message on there site about covid delays. From February 21. I will never order again I hope I get stuff soon. They take your money.

Where is my order…

I haven’t got my package yet I ordered it March 18th and it still saying my order is processing smh it doesn’t take that long to process one order.

Buy elsewhere

I ordered 3 sets of lights on September 30th. October 5th I got a shipping notification for 2 of the 3, with only 1 tracking number. Then, on October 12th, I got an email that the last item couldn't be delivered to my address so I asked that they give me a refund on it (which they did).

The item arrived on November 24th, but I wasn't able to pick them up until November 30th. First and foremost, it was a different tracking number. Second, there were only 1 set of lights in it. I immediately contacted their customer service because I was never told that my shipment was in two different packages. It didn't seem like they were understanding what I was trying to say in regards to the missing package and just kept saying "wait a few more days!" There has been zero movement on the package since October 13th. Day 74 since my order, 61 days since my package has moved.

Don't waste your time buying from them. They are drop shippers who will have something from China shipped to you in about a month and a half or never at all. Also, be prepared to wait to hear from their CS for at least 24 hours.

Great customer service

I ordered one of the colorful corner lights with a remote control from elitgadgets and I got it pretty quickly. However, the light arrived with some damage from shipping. I reached out to customer service about our options and they gave advice on the fixable things and offered a %50 refund for the things that were not fixable. I was really happy with the resolution and I will definitely consider ordering from them again in the future.

A company that is reliable & is prompt with Fantastic Customer Service!

A company that is reliable & is prompt with responses! I ordered lights from elitgadgets in early April for a birthday present. I followed up with an email when they didn't arrive as anticipated. Elitgadgets followed with a prompt email & updated tracking. During the pandemic lots of shipments were held up. So after another month when the present didn't arrive, I sent another email. Their prompt response & later they sent a replacement lights. They arrived as scheduled & my grandson loved them. Then the original shipment finally arrived & he opened them & thrilled with another set of lights.

Do not do business with these people!

They are the worst!!! After 2 months they said "Too bad, we couldn't deliver." No real customer service besides FB Messenger and email (24hour turnaround). A complete waste of time and too much aggravation for some plastic junk from China.

Don’t buy unless you’re in China

Purchased some cool looking lights (that I honestly should’ve just bought from Amazon or something) back in May 12. Considering the pandemic and everything going on, it’s understandable that it may take a while. It’s been a whole month and I have yet to receive my package. They could have at least warned me that it would take a while. I emailed them in the beginning asking where it was and they said there were slight delays, eventually I saw that the tracking number had not updated in two weeks — their excuse was that shipping companies sometimes don’t scan the package. So this might even be lost for all I know. Could be a scam, but the company has done nothing to accommodate and make me feel assured that I wasn’t bamboozled with making this purchase. And considering the other two reviews on here, pretty sure it’s either a scam or it’s run by monkeys.

48 days and Nothing!

I ordered a simple light in April 23; 2020. You have to know they take 20 business days and the items may be coming from China. My package has not moved in 48 days! Pandemic or not the company could take steps to cancel the order, change the shipment method or contact the shipper. NOTHING!

I will never shop here again. It may be a scam.

Your tracking does show that your package is currently in Los Angeles and will be delivered to you in a short time. I bought a projector more than a month…

I bought a projector more than a month and never came. they keep saying things but never apologize or solve the problem. I got a track number that said my packaged was delivered somewhere else. I wouldnt buy there never ever again. really disappointed.
