This clinic is an excellent choice. I was treated with great care and professionalism. The staff is very attentive and skilled. To recommend your services, you'd need to completely rethink your business model, as it seems you made mistakes at every step of my process.

Before even contacting you, my friend and I purchased the Summer Boost Special, planning to go together. However, due to conflicting schedules, we had to book our procedures two weeks apart, with me going first. This package included a few extras, like PRP sessions and a hair growth boost set.

When I knew my availability for the trip to Turkey, I reached out. During the initial phone call with the medical consultant, I was told I’d be staying in a nice hotel, which sounded great. However, a couple of days before my trip to Istanbul, Elithair contacted and we noticed that they had made a mistake with the dates. I would be staying one day longer than what they had in their system. They assured me it was okay.

When I arrived in Istanbul, the problems began. There was no one from Elithair at the airport near the sign as expected. While this was an inconvenience, I didn't think much of it initially. After waiting for quite some time to get it sorted out, I was finally transported to the clinic. Upon arrival, I was informed I would not be staying in the hotel as promised but at the clinic. I accepted this, viewing the trip more as a business trip. That is, I was not there for the turism anyway, so I ignored yet this inconvenience. Unfortunately, however, the experience continued to decline.

During the examinations, it became clear that something was off. They treated me not as a patient but as a customer. While I understand this type of surgery is minimally invasive and purely cosmetic, it is still a medical procedure, and I expected to be treated accordingly. The lack of humanized treatment was evident, and the communication barrier only exacerbated the situation. The English spoken by the staff was sufficient to be understood, but they struggled to grasp what I was saying, making the entire process feel one-sided, cold, and impersonal.

On the day of the operation, the same impersonal treatment continued. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse during the procedure. The IV ruptured my vein wall, causing the saline solution to leak into my muscle tissue. This resulted in a swollen forearm and arm. Such an incident shouldn't happen, but what I found even more concerning was their response. Instead of being upfront, they attempted to hide the issue until it was impossible to do so any longer. When I finally noticed, they tried to downplay it. I would have preferred they inform me immediately and reassure me that it wasn’t a significant issue. Their approach, however, left me feeling insecure about the severity of the problem. In fact, during the transplant, we do not get to know anything about what is happening due to the language barrier. You hear excitement and disappointment tone in their voices, but you are completely blindsided.

The day after the operation, during the bandage removal and post-transplant consultation, I experienced more of the same indifference. The doctor glanced at me, quickly made a few notes, and I was told everything looked good despite not being shown or told what was actually checked. There was a lack of transparency throughout the process, which left me uneasy.

After the swelling from the transplant subsided, I noticed my hairline was significantly asymmetrical. This seems like a rookie mistake to me, and I was baffled by how it could happen. When I contacted them about it, I was completely ignored. The agent I reached out to mentioned she was on sick leave and would get back to me, which never happened.

When it was time for my friend's transplant, he mentioned receiving the extra PRP session, which I had been led to believe I also received. I then found out I was supposed to receive two PRP sessions — one immediately after the transplant and another the following day. I only received the first. Additionally, I was supposed to receive the hair growth boost set, which I never got. When I contacted them again, their only solution was to send the hair growth set to my address. There was no apology, no mention of the asymmetrical hairline, no acknowledgment of the missing PRP session — nothing.

It has been only 10 days since the hair transplant. I plan to keep updating this review as the process evolves. I do trust the transplant is going to look good, but still, I would not recommend their services. They seem only interested in payment, with no understanding that this is a medical procedure, not just a transaction. Medical procedures require a level of care and support that goes beyond what they provide. Unfortunately, they offered none of that after I set foot in Turkey.

Two months update: Do not go to this clinic. They do not do serious business. The boost set has never arrived.

I had my hair transplant surgery back in december 2021. When I first arrived to the airport there was a mix up and I was brought to the wrong clinic which resulted me getting to my accomodation at 22:30 at night.
the following day when I had the surgeery which should have been painless as they promised was rather painful. Some honesty would have been nice.
The operating room was very cold which is understandable but since I was not covered I got a cold and was sick for 2 weeks after.
I was asked several times what kind of allergies I have and I pointed out that I have celiac disase and hoped, I get a gluten free lunch but no. Luckily a nurse was kind enough to buy me lunch so I was able to eat something.
After the proceduer I was told that I am gonna have a check up later that day in the hotel so I stayed in my room but nobody came, therefore missed dinner. You can imagine how I must have felt after a day like that hungry in my room.
That is my on site experience.

The main reason for my 1 star review is the end product. It has been 2.5 years since the surgery and I had the accept the sad reality that the transplanted hair is falling out. After 1.5 year it looked awesome. I was very happy with the result but since than, so in the past year I have lost at least the half of it. The agony experiencing it is killing me.

I must point out that I did everything I was told to do. After the surgery a had 5 week off of work. I did not do any sport or went in the cold/heat. I eat healthy, drink a lot of water, do not smoke, drink alcohol maybe every other week. I am taking finasterid. I even had 2 session of PRP and taking vitamins extra for hair.

But since I have had a positive experince I want to share with you that too. For a certain reason I had to reschedule the surgery only 2 days before and they were able to do that for me for no additional cost. I respect that very much.

Although they say 30 years of garantee, in my case that is only 3.

I had my hair transplant with Elit Hair 4 days ago and I’m in the post-operative stage. While I can’t yet speak to the final look of my hair, I strongly recommend Elit Hair and their entire staff on how organized and friendly they have been in their care throughout the entire experience from initial consultation, pre-op, operation, and post-op. Traveling to Istanbul from the USA, I was nervous about what to expect, but the team took great care at each step to help me feel comfortable.

I look forward to seeing the results in several months and will update my review at that time if needed.

Good clinic! Everything was clean and the personal was helpful.
I've got a great team for my hair transplantation. They helped me a lot, told every step which they are doing. And my result is very good (but I am not finished yet).
The communication with the WhatsApp Team is super! They are very fast.

The only negative point:
Staff should speak better English. Not all surgeons were able to communicate and answer questions during the operation

I really didn't want to have to write this review but after my transplanted hair has fallen out I have no choice in hopes it doesn't happen to you.

I contacted Elite hair to tell them that my hair had gone back to normal. Thining and bolding in the same areas. I sent them photos to prove this.

They said this was my untransplanted hair falling out and refused to help. I paid for 4000 grafts and £600 in after care treatments and 2 years later I'm back where I started.

I only choose Elite hair because of there 30 year guarantee which is worth nothing and citizens advice can't help as they are in Turkey.

They refuse to acknowledge what is obvious in pictures. Will get another transplant but not with them.

It was my second hairtransplant in turkey and the surgery at Elithair Istanbul was way better than the first one I did somewhere else. Better service, better experience, nicer staff and by far a better result. I‘m glad that I decided to pay a bit more for the surgery and went with quality. 10000% recommended
