I have been using Elixir Garden Supplies since 2023, and I have purchased a lot of different gardening products in the last 3 years. Elixir have become my "go to" company for most of my gardening needs. They have been consistently efficient and helpful in getting my orders prepared and delivered, and on the rare occasions when there is a hold up or problem with a product, they have got in touch to let me know, and give me the option of a refund or new delivery date for the product..... This has happened just once in 3 years!!!!
In my experience Elixir have been relied on for quality products, excellent prices (which get better with significant discounts when you order more). I have had excellent customer service from them, and in my experience of Elixir, they provide reliable, careful and efficient delivery - which is free for the majority of postcodes. These comments are true for all my orders, including my most recent orders in June and also July.

I've been a very loyal customer of yours for a very long time indeed! I only get salts for my bath though! The only thing is, I'm 75 and disabled so there's no way I can bring 10-20 kilo's indoors! DPD are certainly the best delivery service ever. I'm housebound so I asked that the delivery guy would at LEAST leave it ON my doorstep so I can push it in' Otherwise I'm in trouble cos I've got no one to help. please can you make them aware? Also pouched an ericaceous feeds for my raspberry and blueberries. Great prices… and a small order will last for me until next year, at 1/5 of the cost of premixed concentrates.
Had an enquiry after delivery and reached out; Sue was back to me by email within 15 minutes, and covered everything off.
Great products, great service, so an easy peasy 5 stars.
