I should have read the Trust Pilot reviews, what a terrible experience, Not a UK based company as they imply, images they use make the items look great, unfortunately when the item arrived it was poor quality and not good quality, it did not look like the photos on the website, When I Asked to return the item, I was told in many emails that it would cost me a lot of money to ship the item back to them, I persevered and asked them to supply the return address please so I could return the item, still they would not supply me the address and kept stalling, implying that it would cost a lot and if I kept the item they would give me a discount of the price, which they implied would be better for me. After this I lost patience with whoever was replying and told them if they did not supply the addres in the next email I would give the item to charity and make sure everyone I knew would know what a terrible experience (and product they were selling) I had received. Please read the other reviews on Trust Pilot and don't waste your money on this company.

Ordered a coat, it was too small and poor quality so I asked to return. Returns are to their warehouse in Asia, £40 to return.
Do not shop here!

I ordered a pair of shoes. Not the best quality but ok. The shoe size came up small. I tried to return. I asked for the returns address 7 times, each time I was met with an empathetic reply, telling me the shipping cost would be too high. This is untrue shipping cost to china varied from £13 - £20 depending of long or 2 day shipping. I wanted to return the item, they did not want me to return it. After asking 7 times I realised they were never going to give me a shipping address. They gave me 25% refund which is pathetic.
The web site implies it's in London, it also implies you can return.
Avoid this company.
Im really annoyed that I didnt check reviews. I bought from an instagram ad. Something I will never do again.

The bag purchased was nothing like the one ordered. I asked for details to return and they wanted to charge me over £30- don’t wasn’t worth . I have then had a series of emails offering me a 10% refund. I declined and requested a 50% discount as that was still more than the bag was worth. They counter offered 20% which I accepted to end the matter. They then emailed again to ask if I’d accepted 10%, all a big swaying scam as far as I can see as there is still no refund!

The photos that they use are stolen photos, the item you receive is nothing like pictured! Im still trying to get a returns address off them but they are telling me that I can only return to an address in Asia which will cost me around £30

I am not at all happy to give them even a single star. Review is for the benefit of others. Really poor quality products and cheap company. Recently purchased a jacket for the price of £49.95(site is UK based and all contact information is UK based) Jacket came with poor quality. Therefore I’ve requested them to send me the return address and they came back to me saying return should be done to China warehouse therefore they will give 10% refund without the return. I kept asking the return address and they never gave so far. They insist to take partial refund and each time they increase refund by 5% and now it’s 30%. This company appears to be cheating customers not letting them to return the products and forcefully selling the cheap products. I am not happy at all to let go of my £50 and now it appears to be that I have no choice. Please be mindful and do not get in to their trap.

It is most definitely drop-shipped and marketed at European customers. If you do a quick google search, everything will pop up on Taobao ( a Chinese e-commerce website ). Do not waste your money, the sizings are Asian as well so they come smaller but other than placing that on the size chart it doesn’t help because people assume is European based on its name.

Ordered a pair of shoes but unfortunately they do not fit and style is not what I expected…just received an email from them to let me know that returning them will cost the same price as the shoes…£50
Either avoid this company or make sure you are clear on their returns policy before ordering as they are not in the UK…I will never use them again

Do not use these unless you want to risk your money. I order 4 products 2 of which were fine and the other 2 one was too small had really short arms on a coat and the other was made with really bad material and looked so cheap that there is no way I am wearing it. They offered for me to send it back but to Asia and will cost around £70-80 whatttttttt. Oh or I can have 10% off something else so exactly the same thing g can happen and I lose more money 😂. No thank you I’m not stupid but this company is basically stealing peoples money. So if you don’t get the exact size first time then forget it.

Recently purchased a pair of shoes had a slight issue and sent an email got a quick response and follow up email to enquire had issue been resolved.
Any contact has been has been quick and very professional. 10/10 for the shoes and service.

I ordered boots which took ages to arrive. Clearly not suede as described. Like others taken in by name.
Offered to return at 30 cost to me and 10% discount.
Referring to trading standards as clearly false advertising.

They’re based in China but masquerading as being based in London. Surely this is a Trading Standards issue. Shoes yet to arrive… it will take some time. I’d prefer businesses were open about where they’re based as I don’t want to buy from outside the UK.

This bag, my mother ordered, from Elizabeth’s of London is falsely advertised as leather. DO NOT BUY! There is a refund offered but you have to send to ASIA.

AVOID. Scam from China. The clothes are nothing like in the pictures and videos. They're AI generated. The return to China costs £40, so pretty much the same as the dress.

Shoes ordered. Not yet despatched. Requested numerous times to cancel the order.
Company refused. No goods received or despatched. Money taken from my account immediately.

I ordered a bag and it arrived in good time. When I received it there was an issue with the stitching. I contacted Elizabethlondon and am happy to say a replacement bag is on its way. Great customer service

I ordered one item; they sent me two and refused to cancel or refund. This company ships from China so any return costs the buyer at least 60 or 70 pounds. We had a lengthy correspondence and they were extremely unhelpful. I did eventually get a 10% discount for one item only. The goods are mediocre at best.

I ordered a bag which took a while to come. When it arrived it was good quality but the material used wasn’t great so I wanted to send it back. I was told that I could send it back bit it would cost me £30 to send back (the bag wasn’t much more than that) - OR I could keep the bag and get 10% refund. No good to me when I won’t be using bag!

ordered a “100 per cent wool “ coat having been taken in by the Elizabeth London name (stupidly, I know). The parcel arrived and on opening the small parcel I find a coat which was as far away from the description as possible. It was was made of cheap strange material, the size labels had been cut off with scissors and the quality was absolutely terrible. I immediately contacted them to ask for their returns procedure only to be told that I would be responsible for the postage to China which would be between £30 and £40 or I could get a 10% price refund and keep the item. The entire company is a complete SCAM - AVOID AT ALL
COSTS!!!

I ordered 4 items. None fitted and the quality is very bad, now I am trying to return them. I was first offered to buy the same items again in a larger size, now I am being offered a 20% refund. I keep on asking for their address, so I can check the cost. I was given an approximate address because ‘we are not obliged to give you a return address if you just want to check the cost’
