The shoes arrived in a damaged box wrapped in paper. Poorly packaged in my opinion.
The shoes themselves appeared to be good quality but in the end not to my taste. I returned them packaged correctly.

Beware do not use this company. Ordered boots that were shown in stock only for the next day to receive an email saying I had been refunded. Complete joke still no refund credit back into my account after 15 days & ignoring emails. Avoid

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time! My online order was unable to be fulfilled but they called me the next morning to let me know and offer me an alternative, and ensured my parcel got to me before Christmas (an absolute miracle). Thanks so much for saving Christmas!

Could do better
Ordering and delivery straightforward and reasonably quick. Returns policy, however, muddled. Returns address completely mis-spelt and incorrect. Response to email quick and correct returns address provided. Hopefully someone will make the necessary amendments on the web page.
