LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TELL YOU THIS: If you want your home to smell like you just entered the most luxurious spa retreat - buy gel melts from Ella and I. We have 4 dogs and a cat and those gel melts are the only extremely long lasting - room filling for hours and hours gel melts that smell like absolute heaven!!! Also the variety of scents is amazing!! We are recommending them to everyone!

Since discovering the gel melts from Ella & I, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're mess free, smell fantastic and I recommended them to all my friends and family. Everyone that comes to my home comments on how fabulous they smell. I'm just sorry I didn't find out about them sooner!

Love these gel melts. There is a wide variety of fragrances, they last longer than wax melts and they're so easy to remove from the burner.
I will not longer go back to wax melts.

Ella and I, are amazing! Honestly the gel melts have been life changing, no crazy spillages to clean up you just wait for it to dry, and peel it up. Even when it’s spilt onto carpet it’s been amazing!

Time and care taken to having the correct order. I said I'd love to see joop scent gel melt and a few weeks later it's there. Scents last for days and easy clean and to change. Overall a great company and great customer service

I've been using Ella and I gel melts for almost 2 years now. The scents are amazing, and there are so many to choose from, something for everyone.

I even got 3 of my friends hooked on Ella and I. We all agree we'd never go back to regular wax melts.

These gel melts are super easy to clean up; you just peel off the old gel once it's cool and solid. Just a heads-up, if you're using an electric burner, make sure you have the right wattage bulb, or it won't get hot enough to melt the gel and release the scent. And if you're using a candle burner, you should only use tealights that burn for 4 hours at a time.
Their customer service is friendly and the items are delivered quickly and packaged well .

I absolutely love these Gel melts, so much easier & cleaner to use than wax melts.
Every one I’ve bought have their own unique smells, some I love, some I don’t, it’s just preference. The fragrance lasts a good while & when I feel it’s fading, I just peel the melt & flip it over, & it refreshes the smell. Nothing lasts forever, hence the reason for multiple fragrances 🩷 I don’t need an excuse to try a new favourite 🤩
Not only are they great value for money & delivery is quick, the customer service is wonderful ~ I will continue buying, as I always have 🩷

Discovered Ella & I in 2025 & have been buying regularly since. I absolutely love them so many choices of smells & so much easier..I think...than wax melts. I have just introduced my sister in law to them !

Thought I’d try their gel melts as reviews were very good but I was so disappointed. Lucky if they last a day and even then you can only smell if you are sat on top of the warmer. I have two warmers downstairs and can’t smell much of anything from either. Total waste of money and I question the reviews which all claim the melts are amazing. I will be reverting back to a well known brand of wax melts, so much better and last nearly a week.

I love candles - they make me feel cozy and relaxed. But sometimes I spend good money, for little return, especially in the aroma department. And then I saw an advertisement for Ella and I. Oh my, I am a convert to their amazing gel wax melt. The oils can smell quite intense to begin with, but I start off with a shorter burn; maybe just 10/15 mins... That way you really get value for money. My house smells amazing..... despite the 3 stinky dogs.
Make sure you follow the instructions, and flip the gel before each burn as this really makes a difference to the intensity of the aroma.
