This is honestly my last resort and not something I like to do but other than take it to social media, I do not know how to get this company to respond to me.

I have purchased from this company before and it clearly must be under new management as the experience is polar ends apart.

I ordered a big order in November 2025, after 2 weeks and no order I emailed them to see what had happened to be told it must have been lost. 3/4 of my order was now out of stock and I was partially refunded and then sent the remaining items which arrived.

I wore one item in December 2025 for the first time and all the thread came out. I emailed them to state the item was faulty.

No response.

I chased and received a reply (now before Christmas 2025) stating did i follow the washing instructions and nobody had said it was faulty before! No apology.

I replied back stating yes washing instructions had been follower but it was clear the item was faulty. I sent picture.

No response.

I have since chased twice (now middle of January!) and still no reply.

No resolution, no return and no item that is wearable!

I honestly would avoid shopping with this company after this experience which is a shame as I like the products they sell.

Received my argyl skirt set and wow the quality is amazing such a stunning outfit. Will definitely buy again thank you girls. Kazz Karen A

Love my new bags, super fast delivery on all but one which was royal mails fault. Communication was good and they were very helpful. Will definitely order more. Thanks x

Parcel was delivered to incorrect address my fault, contacted royal mail they didn't follow procedures found out it was stolen contact numerous times to get them to make a claim, they didn't give a shit! Pulled back all my money so they lost out but shitty customer service no responses at all.

Order 2 jumpsuits. Delivery was good. Unfortunately both jumpsuits not what I ordered. 1st jumpsuit correct colour but not the style I ordered. 2nd jumpsuit correct colour but was a top which is not on there website. Sent a few emails and had correspondence sent photo's. They said they could replace the 1st jumpsuit. But didn't hear anything about 2nd. To much trouble as had to wait for email replys. So gave up and cut my loss. Didn't wish to pay for 2 deliveries and not get refunded. Would I order again most probably not.

Fantastic company. Lovely clothing, reasonably priced, quick to send goods. It’s been a very good experience.
