Only thing I would do is maybe let us choose our tea flavor for the Comfort Box and make an option for the thickness of the pads :)

Always on time and easy to use

The website is clearly laid out and easy to navigate. The customer service that was received, when my order needed to be changed was almost instant. My only criticism would be that there should be an option in between the bare necessities and the comfort box, the price difference is quite a jump. Otherwise would definitely recommend and I’m loving mine ❤️

I love the idea of being able to pamper yourself when your period arrives. I believe there are many ways to do that. I understood when the company was just getting off the ground the resources and company partnerships especially locally were not readily available.
Now that the company has expanded quiet a bit and has garnered a lot of attention from many media outlets the variety of products in my mind should expand. Self care items are great but for those who arenscent sensitive or work in an environment that is scent free there should be options.

Having something yummy is also a bonus but again the same company and the same type of treat is provided. There are many women who don’t like chocolate or who have dietary restrictions and can’t indulge. There should always be alternatives so that everyone who wants your product can can enjoy them.

Ellebox was simple to set up and I was excited to open the first one when it arrived in the mail. Gives me something to look forward to to get me through my period!

enjoy the service but not thrilled with the Tampax version of tampons. The applicators are not user-friendly nor comfortable.

A little pricey but worth it. High end products.

Great customer service, and usually the products are very good. However, there's been a few times where they've deviated from the smaller, handmade companies for their added gifts. Personally, I love discovering new products and it's a little disappointing when they forgo the personal touch of handmade products. Another problem is that they have partnered with a few American companies which can be exciting until you realize that all the contest offerings and other features are for American citizens only.

I have received some amazing products that I have purchased or plan to purchase.

I like the idea and the product, that said, the product itself still has some kinks to work out. Packaging could maybe be done better.

Excellent product and great service, I've recommended Ellebox to several friends!
