Very pleased with my replacement smaller size trousers which now fit perfectly.

The jewelry looks delicate but not cheap at all.

I ordered a Linen dress. The fabric is made mainly of polyester and no Linen at all !
Now they make it difficult to fully refund it and they refused to pay the shipping fee to send the item back to China.

The materials look great and I like the mix of casual and elegant.

Delivery took to long so need to send back .

I ordered a golden "bomber" jacket but it does not look how i expected. I will still wear but it is not what I thought i bought.

Bought the summer maxi dress with tie belt and slit for vacation and wo. It flows beautifully in photos 😍 fabric doesn’t feel cheap at all. Website also had clear pictures unlike some stores.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is a complete and utter scam. They go to great lengths to fool customers into believing they are a premium, independent Dutch brand, but it is entirely a facade.First, the clothing quality is appalling. The items look nothing like the beautifully styled photos on their website. The fabrics are cheap, the stitching is dreadful, and the sizing is completely off. It is nothing more than incredibly poor-quality, mass-produced fast fashion.

To make matters worse, they actively hide where your order is coming from. They pretend to operate locally, but my package was shipped directly from a warehouse in China.

The most infuriating part is their deceptive return policy. They intentionally hide the fact that if you want a refund, you have to ship the items all the way back to China at YOUR OWN EXPENSE. The cost of international tracked shipping to China often ends up costing more than the clothes themselves, effectively trapping you with their trash products.

This is a deliberate breach of consumer rights. They misrepresent their origins and hide exorbitant return fees to keep your money. Do not fall for their polished website and fake branding like I did. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

It was a great way to select my first female shoes, I can't wait to wear them.

Easy ordering, nice rings

The company is either badly run or a scam or both. Item dispached was not as advertised and trying to obtain a refund is not viable. The item delivered was in no way shape or form similar to what was advertised and quality was poor. Although partial refund was offered I have to doubt the integrity of ElleGems and those running it. ElleGems advertises as a company from the Netherlands but to return an item means sending the incorrect article to a province in China which negates the cost of the item when you take into account the post and packaging. I would STRONGLY advise NOT to use this company for any purchases and to shop elsewhere.
