The sheet are great real silk. My sleep has been most comfortable since getting these sheets

I Love my new grape colored Mulberry Silk grade 6A sheets, pillow cases, housewife pillowcases and the duvet cover. I am severely allergic to dust mites and I have hay fever allergies and ever since I got my sheet set, my allergies have improved 100%. I feel well rested and I have never slept better. I am not congested at night before bed like I used to be. They are the most comfortable and softest sheets I have ever had. I am so glad I invested in them.

Very positive purchasing & buying experience! Was able to figure out sizing using the online guide, and the nightgown arrived in a timely manner. Very reasonable pricing, excellent quality, comfortable, and a great colour match for what was presented online. Definitely recommend for those looking to balance price and quality!

Quality product, but abysmal after sales service. Button detached from pyjamas during only second wear. Emailed customer service and suggested refund of some kind as I live in UK and return of the item would have been expensive. Was offered free buttons for which I would have to pay shipping and then have repaired locally. I am not a seamstress. Poor response after spending hundreds of $/£'s on pyjamas. Will definitely not buy again.
Update: I have been offered an insulting $10 as full and final settlement, which at current exchange rates is £7.60.

Beautiful soft silk robe that I brought for a gift and my friend loved. The colour was true to what was shown on the website. Sizes ran a little smaller than expected. Delivery was a little slow but expected during these tricky times and communication was good. Thanks!

Thank you for providing a quality silk robe! It came to Australia promptly and I wasn’t sure it would arrive by Christmas, but it did! So chuffed! My 4th daughter got married on 18 December and I bought her several cream silk garments for her trousseau but could not find a robe. That’s why I contacted you!

We ordered four silk pillow cases for our 12th anniversary and could not be happier with them. They are incredibly comfortable and a pleasure to sleep on. I would definitely order something from Elle Silk again as their customer service was fantastic.

Ordering on the Ellesilk website is very easy and straight forward. Having ordered from them previously we knew that their sizing seems to be slightly smaller than stated so the garments arrived with the correct sizing. I was concerned about delivery date as it was for a present so e mailed to get an update. Got a reply to my e mail within 12 hours with a nicely worded explanation and an updated delivery date. This was till the original date and the item arrived on time and in plenty of time to deliver the present. Great product and great service. I have bought from Ellesilk several times now and always got good service and good after sales support as well.

I did a lot of shopping around for the pyjamas I bought but glad I chose ellesilk. The communication was great, they emailed me back really quickly when I had questions, and the product is stunning - my partner loves them.

I purchased another Ellesilk nightdress in pink. Very comfortable, cool in summer warm in winter, does not give me a shivery feeling as polyester does at night. Value for money!

I ordered a short (to my knees) silk nightgown (L, in Amber colour). It arrived beautifilly packaged. When I opened the package and tried the gown on - it was more than a perfection! The silk was of the highest quality, the cut was exremely comfortable and very elegant in proportions, feminine and exact in size.

Been looking for silk bedding for sometime, but could not find in the colour that we wanted. Came across ElleSilk and bingo there was the correct colour. Pleased with an acceptable price. So a very good start, ticking those boxes. Placed the order and the company replied that they did not have part of the goods in stock, but would we take a upgrade at no extra cost. Further tick. Goods arrived a week later, nice packaging, Really pleased with quality and colour as per the details. Looking to order additional bedding from ElleSilk in the near future.
