Don’t waste your money

AVOID!!!!!! Awful company!!! Bought my husband a bracelet for Christmas and it broke the first day he wore it, cheap rubbish. I emailed the company twice and they have still not got back to me. Dont waste your time or your money!

Retraction of previous review

I would retract my previous review, because it's only fair as I have received the item this morning (unfortunately, I cannot delete the review). I will leave it as 4 stars though as there was no communication when I emailed and also you can still get the exact same item, much cheaper elsewhere

Dreadful company.

On the 1at of January I ordered an item for my grandsons birthday on the 15th January. Delivery was supposed to take 3/5 days. As of today it has still not arrived. This company is in China. My first tracking code was from a company called Yun Express. The tracking showed the item at various centres and airport in China. It is now in this country with Evri, it arrived yesterday. Their tracking just says they've got it but nothing about when it might be delivered. I should have did more research. Don't make my mistake. Avoid this company at all costs.

SCAM

SCAM

Stay away from this company, they are scammers. I ordered a bracelet order #EGU58181, I paid for express delivery and nothing arrived. I have tried over and over to reach out to them and they do not respond so I raised a dispute with my bank.

Would not recommend Ordering from this company received the bracelet didn’t fit my grandson and I tried to email for a refund and nothing I have email 3 times and I have had to go through my bank to get the money back would not recommend this company

Do Not Buy

I purchased an order over early December.... delivery was said 4/7 days but still not delivered. I have sent emails after emails and still no replies very very poor customer service. Don't buy from this site. I can only assume this is a scam

NOT use this company

Hi ! Unfortunately experience with this company was not the one expected. Placed my order on the 20 of December, payed express delivery 3-5 days, and still waiting for my delivery . Send 2 emails to the support team to refund my express cost of delivery with no reply. Waste of time, and looks like money wasted as well. I do suggest to check different brands/ companies for this type of gifts.

I bought a gold ring for my daughter…

I bought a gold ring for my daughter for Christmas this year, and within 12 hours of her wearing it. Her finger turned black, the ring is meant to be gold! I have emailed the company and sent photos of the ring and my daughter finger and I am being ignored I my very upset that a special gift is unwearable and that I wasted a lot of money.

Never arrived

Ordered on the 10th December as wanted the fidget ring for Xmas and still waiting for it. Appalling customer-care. I'm now in a dispute with the bank as I believe I've been scammed.

Zero customer service

I purchased this bracelet as a gift, however it has arrived without the extender. I have emailed customer support twice and both times it has bounced back. There is no phone number. I’m very disappointed in the service so far and would appreciate someone getting in touch with me ASAP to rectify.

Poor poor poor
I initially tried to amend my order just after placing it they said no.
Took weeks to arrive and broken.
I have sent 2 messages. No reply
Now need to find alternative presents.
Nice ideas but poor customer service

Dreadful service and quality

Poor quality item (ring) which doesn't fit myself or my daughter. I have made numerous attempts to contact (only an email available). I have had one automated reply which offers me a 40% refund, and I can keep the item. I clearly want a full refund and dont want the item. They have not responded to any further emails and FB messages. Their website only lists 5* reviews. I gave a 1* review, but it isn't reflected on their website as their clearly filter and select/falsify reviews. Stay away from this company.

Part of the item was damaged.
I ordered a bracelet for my Grandson and paid extra for a box. The bracelet was perfect however the box was damaged. I sent photos of the damaged box to customer services saying I did not believe it was damaged in transit as the packaging was perfect. To my suprise there was no quibble just a return email promising a replacement. To my suprise the replacement box just arrived. How refreshing to encounter customer services which actually works. Well done to them I can highly recommend them. Thank you
