So happy with my cute Elliosa pilates socks.
Was a little bit skeptical before ordering (always doing my research before ordering from abroad to Denmark)
But after a lot of research I finally decided to order 6 pair. The delivery took 13 business days which I think is okay considered shipping to Denmark.
The socks are so cute and comfy, and the grip is amazing for reformer pilates.
10/10 would recommend! Just puts a little bit more happiness in to your pilates workout.

I ordered one pair of pilates socks, waited these long time and when they arrived I didn’t like them (loose and odd style). After my complaint Elliosa offered me new socks for free or full refund. I chose refund. Their client service is excellent, so sad these socks are not. I hope someone likes this style.

I placed an order with Elliosa on 16 February 2026 for four pairs of Pilates socks. On 18 February I received an email saying the order had been shipped, but after that there were no updates at all.

When nothing arrived the following week, I contacted customer services and was then told that some of the pairs I had ordered were actually out of stock and would be shipped from their international warehouse instead. This had never been communicated to me beforehand, despite the fact I had already received a dispatch email.

If items are out of stock and will need to be shipped internationally, customers should be told at the time of ordering or at least before being told their order has been dispatched. The lack of transparency and communication was very frustrating.

After looking at other reviews on Trustpilot, it seems this is a common issue with this company.

My order eventually arrived about 2.5 weeks after placing it. I do love the socks and the quality of them is great, but the poor communication and misleading shipping update really let the experience down.

I ordered mine on 2/18/26. What I wished they could've done is to send at least a tracking number right after I made my purchase and the timeframe of when I can possibly received them in the mail. I was so skeptical at first so I waited patiently despite reading all the bad reviews from other people and their experiences. A week later came by, and I got a tracking number from them through email saying that they will ship out my order as soon as they could. Today on 3/2/26, I received a notice that my package was delivered right on time. I'm not too sure why or how exactly other people's order was delayed and never got theirs shipped out even after 3 weeks. The socks are so adorable and has a grip to it on both sides. Again, please fix your tracking system so that people don't run into this type of issue in the future. Otherwise, I'm very pleasant with how the socks came out.

I ordered my pair of socks on 14th Febuary for a pilates class the week later. These have still NOT arrived and it is the 2nd March. I have emailed customer services twice asking for a refund and/or to sort this out and each time I received a reply saying sorry for the delay. It has been 3 weeks waiting for a pair of socks and still the tracking states it is not out of delivery.
Genuinely not worth the time. I've had to buy from another brand since otherwise I would of not been able to attend my reform classes.

Very unprofessional way of operating! I’ve reviewed them before. Their products never arrived, I had to beg for a refund and ended up doing a charge back, then contacted by the ‘founder’ to ask me to change my review and offered free products, after I said I wouldn’t change it they emailed again offering free products to ask me to change my review, and now a third time, it’s harassing and they’re only making my opinion of them worse. They won’t willingly refund, their customer services is either ‘investigating’ or ‘the request needs authorisation from the team’ but when when you ignore their contact they still keep emailing you to get you to change your review! Very unprofessional company!

The socks were advertised to not slip and I slip so much its very distracting during my workout.

Update - the socks did arrive and the company got in touch and gave me a refund, as well as sending me 5 new pairs of socks to try for free. It was great to have this resolution and I LOVE the socks! Couldn’t do a Pilates class without them - such cute designs and such good quality too! Will definitely order from them again in future.

It is a shame to be writing this review as I’ve previously ordered from this company without issue. However, I ordered socks as a gift on 14.02, the tracking updated to say they were being shipped from an international warehouse on 17.02 and nothing since. I got in touch with the company who said that the socks were out of stock in the U.K. and were therefore being shipped from an international warehouse and so I should expect them to take longer. I was sent another evri link which still has not updated. This is now 10
Business days after my order and the website said UK delivery is 3-6 business days, I believe even international delivery is only 8. I have asked for a refund as the goods have not been delivered in a reasonable time. I have not received a response and so have no socks/refund!

I can not comment on the quality of these socks as I have been waiting 23 days to be told that they are shipped from abroad….!
I thought I was buying British but apparently not!

Took far too long to dispatch and deliver, currently overrunning the estimated delivery date, and the package is still not with the delivery service. I did get a response eventually but it took over 24 hours, and the phone number didn't lead to anywhere. Feels like a dodgy company with a glossy Instagram and website, be careful.
