I had the worst costumer service…
I had the worst costumer service experience with Ellos. I bought a table and I received the wrong piece. I had to wait a week to have a proper answer from them and I had to contact 4 different people to get a reply. In the end I have to wait a month to get the table I got and I don’t even receive a discount or free home delivery as I think I should get, because of all of the inconvenience of carrying up and down a very heavy table and and a long wait after paying so much money.

Costumer Service Extremely Deficient and Unsatisfactory
Their costumer service is really un helpful and are not living up to the expected standard you should get after placing an order for almost 30.000 DKK.
They say they will update you but you as a costumer have to chase them to receive any kind of update.
Ordered 2 of the same item, only received 1 and after being in contact with them for over 3 weeks they still are unable to assist me and blames it on their supplier. And the costumer service agent on the phone have zero costumer service approach.
No I am standing here with an unfinished project and no idea of if/when It can be finished.

Ellos generally have good selection and excellent prices. Placing the order was easy. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately the shirt was transparent and therefore not to my liking…. So I retuned it. It was easy and fast. Cost me kr 49 to return which is a little steep but I understand…
