Despite frequent request, Elm and Co are not returning the tenancy deposit. They are not replying to communications. Reading other reviews, this is how other tenants have been treated. I will pursue it further but strongly recommend others not to use Elm and Co, and if you do follow up and keep records of your deposit. After 6 months they supposedly moved it to another deposit scheme, presumably to make tracing the money more difficult. I would give no stars if I could. This us illegal behaviour, and if Elm and Co disagree, please get in touch and return the deposit.

Please do not trust these reviews. I am currently going through the dispute process as the agent and landlord are ignoring my requests for the deposit to be returned.

On Monday I had my first weekly clean from Elm and Co. Hands down it was the best decision I’ve ever made. My house is absolutely spotless. My kitchen and both bathrooms look as if they have just been fitted they are that sparkly! It is now nearly a week later and it’s still spotless, cleaner now then what I could have ever have done. I’ve already recommended Elm and Co to all my family and friends. Thank you so much Elle!

Just had my first clean from Elm & Co. I am so happy, money well spent , I don't think I've ever seen my shower glass so sparkly clean.

I can’t recommend Elm & Co enough! For our first ever home cleaning experience Elle was fabulous! She arrived on time, explained her plan of working through the house, what she would do & our house was gleaming and smelt amazing after she had left. We have booked in with Elm&Co again and have already recommended to so many friends and family. Thank you so much

Elm & co deliver carry out a weekly clean of our home and the service is always first class. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them. Their online portal to manage bookings and invoices is really useful too

We use Elm & Co for a weekly clean of our home. They are efficient, trusted and leave our home looking fantastic. Their client portal means you can easily see any appointments booked and view outstanding invoices. A professional, modern cleaning company. Would highly recommend!
