We ordered pizza through Uber Eats from El Murrino Poole, and unfortunately we found a hair baked into the pizza dough. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering from here again.

We came home after work to find rubbish dumped on our driveway directly in front of our doorstep.On checking our CCTV, we saw a delivery rider using the restaurant’s branded delivery motorbike enter our private driveway without permission, stop briefly, and leave rubbish behind before leaving.We contacted the business directly and provided the address and vehicle registration when requested. Although the issue was acknowledged and we were told it would be looked into, no one attended and the rubbish was not cleared.Disappointing experience and poor follow‑through.

Staff was so friendly and with personal touch , had calamari, other places was chewy, this was perfect, you want big pizzas not frozen shit like most do, all hand made, order online or just visit and eat? Perfect. Not bad prices so very competitive. We had a table of 15 , all came out hot and perfectly presented and that was a Saturday night.
