Elonpuzzle Reviews

I’m very happy with my order. My puzzles are as expected. I ordered all smalls. It appears that problems arise when ordering the Medium or Large. These are fun little puzzles that don’t take weeks to complete. Nice way to waste a few hours. Some are more challenging than others. I really enjoy the variety of shapes. Sometimes it’s a bit annoying when the pieces don’t actually click together and just rest beside each other.

The puzzle was fun to do. I felt it was challenging. It took me about 3.5 hours to put together. The shapes were fun. What I didnt like was the pieces dont lock together securely so anytime I moved it sections would come apart. That got frustrating after awhile. A couple of the pieces were narrow and broken but the puzzle went together fine regardless. The pieces came in a soft purple bag, not a box, like you would think. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Loved the colors and the design! It was so much fun to put together.

Be careful I ordered 3 large ones they only sent me 3 small one, they offered me 30% off voucher, absolute cheek, they won't accept returns after 30 days, and even if they did you have to send them to China. Do not buy off these scammers

Advertises as the same quality as Unidragon. It is not.
The images/print is very pixalized and blurry. The colors are not sharp and very subdued. The pieces were in part broken and only came in a velvet bag, not in a box as shown in the video. (Unidragon puzzle shown in video)
Misleading advertisement. Not even worth the supposed discount price. Stay away.
Also ordered the large size and received the small.

Please. Send my purchase!
I got nothing!

Not impressed at all with this buy. Live and learn, not everything looks as good in your hand as it does in an advertisement on the web...

I love puzzles and these are great! Not your typical puzzle shapes and SO addicting!

I ordered 3 small puzzles. They arrived and I’m quite pleased with them, though the picture on the label isn’t very well printed. My puzzle went together easily apart. I know others have had issues with their order but so far mine is okay. I haven’t opened the other 2 puzzles as they are presents for other people.

I love the puzzles I have chosen. I think they will be extremely challenging, but hopefully they won't defeat me.

I ordered a puzzle and put it together. It was great so I ordered 2 more puzzle. Already looking online for my next puzzles. Until I started putting the second puzzle. Pieces of the puzzle keep peeling off layers of the wood off most the the pieces. They won't lay flat to attempt to connect to other pieces.they keep coming apart when attached. Don't think I'll be purchasing here again. Too many others online to try for better quality.

SCAM!!!
Do not order from here! I ordered 3 puzzles, they never arrived even though tracking said it did. They will not resend my order or refund my money. The response I received was “sorry to hear about your negative experience”.

I was skeptical due to the negative reviews, but I am very happy with this order. I ordered 2 puzzles and received the correct ones within 2 weeks (I chose standard shipping). The pics on the website are true to the final product in the detail and vivid coloring. Very pleased and would order again.

This would be a 0 stars but you have to give something to write a review.
Ordered a large grey Elephant puzzle costing around £30 in total including p&p...what arrived as totally different amd priced at £7 onsite, so as stated I requested for them to send the correct item or a refund, I also offered to ship back as this isn't the puzzle I wanted. They are refusing to let me post back and offering only a 30% off coupon like I'm going to order from them again, instead of a refund! I've been going round in circles with them getting no where! I will be reporting this site and requesting a charge back from my bank never none anything like it before in my life!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have asked and asked and asked for them to stop sending me emails about puzzles that are way over priced. Looking at a lot of other reviews on this site so many saying they are a pain to deal with and now I know this for a fact to be true. I have asked and then demanded they remove my email from their listing but they continue you to harass and bully me into buy puzzle of which I will never do. They are down right the worst for customer service I have ever ever dealt with.

I ordered 3 puzzles from here. 2 of the ones received were the correct artwork. One of the puzzles I ordered however was supposed to be the Large Teddy puzzle of this cute puppy dog and instead of receiving that one, they sent me a second elephant puzzle instead. I tried emailing them multiple times to get the correct one shipped out. All I received from them is what seems like automated / cookie cutter responses not actually acknowledging my issue. What did they offer? They said I could send it back for a refund but I would have to pay the postage and the address is in China. The postage costs more than I paid for the puzzle. They then offered me 20% off my next purchase. This is still not acceptable as I should not have to pay more out of pocket in an attempt to receive what I had already paid for and ordered. I reached out to their Facebook page and customer service and no one has helped or agreed to send me a replacement and this is after 2 weeks of emailing back and forth with them. Horrible service and not at all what was advertised. Some other annoyances were the puzzles arrived in felt bags when the add showed nice wooden boxes. The add also showed unique star wars pieces for the Baby Yoda puzzle but instead they were harry potter pieces. It's unfortunate because I've purchased a wood puzzle from a different vendor before and loved it. Seems Elon Puzzle is just selling cheep knock offs with misleading advertising. Also if they get your order wrong like they did mine, don't plan on them resolving it.

Lovely puzzle pieces. Quick delivery. I'm looking forward to order more puzzles.

I ordered the round wooden yin yan dragon puzzle, it arrived in the stated amount of time. I didn't realize tho how small the puzzle and pieces would be , that kind of disappointed me , otherwise it is quite cute.

I ordered 3 puzzles. I was sent the wrong puzzle for all 3. The company is a pain to deal with, does not want to refund my money, does not want to send me a mailing label to return the product. The company wanted to give me a voucher (for about 30% of what I paid) to purchase additional products instead of replacing the incorrect items with correct ones! I finally gave up and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will NEVER buy from this company again.
