Extremely disappointed when I received the puzzle. Led to believe by pictures on the site that the puzzle came in a wooden box. It was packaged in a very thin material drawstring bag and posted in a thin plastic satchel. I have several pieces broken and not even a picture to refer to when trying to do the puzzle. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company. I did email them about my dissatisfaction but was fobbed off with no offer of remedy.

I enjoyed the challenge of putting the pieces together. It was very difficult as there was no picture to speak of to help me. Also some of the pieces are very fragile, as well as small. One was already broken when I received the parcel, the other broke in the process of pulling the completed jigsaw apart. There was no box, only a bag so no protection in transit. On the positive side,the resultant picture is very beautiful. The puzzle was smaller than I expected, I'd hate to see the ones described as small!

I enjoyed doing the puzzle. It was challenging. The colours were a bit different and not as vibrant as it looked online

Ordered a puzzle for my adult daughter for Easter. Was much smaller than I thought it was going to be- my fault- was surprised it did not come in a box, one piece broken. Decided to just glue it rather than go to the trouble of mailing back. Colours are vibrant and pretty.

Terrible. I was so excited to receive these puzzles. 1. They did not come in the cute box in the ad.
2. I ordered large and what I got was tiny.
3. They has a very stage burnt wood smell.
4. I tried to set up a return and the guidelines are impossible.
5. Communication with them is terrible.

Gave them to my adult children as gifts. They loved them. Very challenging but really beautiful colors.

Decent enough puzzle, the pieces are unique shapes with some nice surprises (cat, fish, anchor). HOWEVER almost every piece has a scorch-mark where the jigsaw has overheated during cutting. It's quite noticeable, and has made the difference between putting the finished piece in a frame, or putting it back into the pouch. It's back in the pouch .....

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Totally misrepresented in their advert. Shows the puzzle with a beautiful box, mine came in a pouch which was filthy dirty with holes in with no picture to work from. This was a gift for a puzzle loving friend which I couldn’t possibly give as it looks like I bought it from a garage sale!! Was offered a voucher, told the puzzles DO NOT come in boxes - despite being shown in their advert - but couldn’t get back onto their website! Expensive, rubbish purchase!!! I’d add a photo but no facility to do so! :(

Beautiful puzzles. I bought 4 and they are all exceptional quality. Lovely cloth bag to keep them each in. Intricate and not easy, but enjoyable none the less. Highly recommend.

You get what you pay for. I love doing puzzles. Don’t expect the specialty pieces to be the same as advertised. It will come in a bag with a picture on a tag. I just take a screenshot of the completed puzzle from the website for reference. These puzzles are highly discounted, so They don’t have the frills of a nice wooden box.

Awful company.. refuses to refund or exchange faulty goods then get and email everyday asking for review... so here is review 9. Emails now becoming a nuisance had 2 today asking for reviews. Check their refund policy before you buy....

The puzzle didn’t come in a nice box like their advertisements. Rather in a small little bag with a tiny picture. I tried to look up the image for reference online - we ordered the stretching cat - and I couldn’t even find a proper reference image because the characters in the puzzle were different than any online reference available. The cat puzzle was supposed to have a bunch of hidden cats in it but it had other animals. On top of that, three of the pieces were stuck together like they did not cut the pieces all the way through. When we gently separated them, the design came off of part of the pieces on all three, so basically the puzzle was damaged because of faulty manufacturing before we even put it together. I feel this is a cheap scam company who is copying the puzzle idea from a more reputable company.

These are the most beautiful puzzles. I complete and glued them and put on my coffee table.

The puzzle arrived in perfect condition in a beautiful cloth bag. The pieces are a good thickness and it looks lovely. Very pleased.

The puzzle was shipped and arrived on time. The company did email me back when I contacted them with my complaints. However I found the product below the standard I was expecting. Came is a bag with a tiny faded picture label. Nothing to go off for building. The colours on the puzzle are muted. Basically a knock off of Unidragon. I would not buy again but fun for now.

Horrible experience! would give zero stars if possible!! supposed to get medium puzzles. Got small ones. In a cloth bag with a tiny picture for reference. These were supposed to be gifts. They tried to say I have received large puzzles on top of it all. Have started a case with Paypal. Hopefully I can get my money back.

Disappointed. Didn’t come as advertised. Comes in a bag with a very small tag as picture reference. The shapes weren’t as expected or described; still came with some shaped pieces but not as expected. Some pieces not cut, some pieces broken. Kinda feels like I ordered off wish.

I purchased puzzle 1049, one of the yin and yang puzzles and apart from slight breakages on a couple of very slim parts, easily mended, the puzzle survived the postage system but may have been better if boxed. The puzzle was also supplied in a lovely cloth bag with a drawstring which looks great on my shelf. The task of completing the puzzle was very intense and gave my wife and I a few hours of great enjoyment as the picture became evident. Once completed we could admire the quality of the artwork and the amazing pattern of the cut of the pieces. With many animals and the company logo being some of them this was a joy to complete. Be careful when you put the puzzle away though as the woodwork is delicate.
I fully recommend this company for their quality product.

Puzzle arrived quickly. Quality was much better than expected especially for the price paid. Will order more and tell friends.

I really love the puzzles, they're fun to make and interesting. The only reason there is 1 star missing is because in every puzzle there were damaged pieces. I was able to repair them with glue though.
