Disappointing

I recently purchased this product for my car, and unfortunately, it does not fit properly. If a product is designed for use in a car, it should fit easily and securely. This product falls short of that expectation, making it very disappointing. I would not recommend it to others.

Hi, we are sorry that you feel this way. The product you are referring to comes in two different versions, for Model Y made in China and for Model Y made in Germany. The right side box has a different design due to a difference in designs in the cars. If you bought the wrong model for your car it will not fit. Another thing to keep in mind with this product in general is that the right side box does not slide as easily in as the one on the left side. You have to force it all the way down. Again, this is because of the cars design, the product is made to fit perfectly once installed.
We can not find an email from you regarding this matter. You have a right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, but if you send us an email about this to hei@elonshage.no we will help you with the return and guide you to the correct product for your car.
