I like that the styles don’t look like typical high street stuff. Feels a bit more grown up without being boring. The fit is slightly loose which makes it easy to move around. Customer support replied when I had a sizing question which was nice. Everything felt quite straightforward.

Horrific quality! Delivery took 3 weeks, tried to cancel before dispatch but said no! Dress arrived, horrific quality! Have to pay £20 plus pounds postage to return to China! Total scam! Should be taken to court for saying it’s in Manchester. It’s Chinese rubbish!

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago thinking it was coming from Manchester to Preston and I am still waiting! I got duped by their ‘ next day shipping’ offer on instagram!
I now don’t believe it’s from Manchester at all ! I am dreading its arrival now as after reading comments everyone is saying the quality is shocking and is coming from china !!!

Absolutely shocking quality and customer service. AVOID

Would give zero star. Garment is awful not at all like photo. Zip is broken. Offered a 10% refund. After many many emails I finally got a 50% refund which I am still waiting for. Please do not waste your money.

Poor quality, nothing like the picture. Took weeks to arrive. These are overpriced items you could pick up from Temu if you really wanted to. Avoid this us an overpriced scam sending poor quality clothing

Late delivery of item. Then you have to pay minimum 20 dollars to return. They cannot guarantee it will get back to their international facility and then you won't get a full refund. Dont use!

Poor quality goods. Incorrect sizing sent. No returns policy - have to return goods to China which they state will cost as much as the goods sent. £80 out of pocket.

Don’t touch this company. The material is not the same as the advert. Poor quality. No returns policy that is acceptable, so you have to keep the item no matter what- shame.
