DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Emailed me saying order on its way , then got another email later that day saying ill be getting a refund and that it no explanation why , ill emailed then asking why and got nothing back , clearly didnt have it in stock but still allowing people to purchase on the website , poor customer service, would nkt recommend them and will never buy of this company again , would give them 0 stars but option wasn’t available

Now look at the SMALL businesses reply just shows you how unprofessional they really are calling people petty for there mistakes, update your website when things are out of stock next time .

Look at the other poor reviews and replies from the seller tells you alot about this company ,most people saying the same thing.. no communication whats so ever , poor business ethics

This part is the second edit: this is just my personal reply my friend, nothing to do with all small businesses, that’s a generalisation and I’m sure you’re not one of those people. Just a reply bored of small businesses being chained to awful review sites for pettiness without human connection. Double xoxo gossip girl x

I’m so gutted to send a negative review…

I’m so gutted to send a negative review to a small business. However having sent multiple messages via the website, 2 different email addresses, Instagram and messenger I have no choice. I’ve paid for a dress, never received it. What more can I do? I’ve given several ample opportunities to resolve and had no response at all. I’m £50 odd down, have no dress and no response to any messages. Gutted.

Order arrived today and I brought a £89…

Order arrived today and I brought a £89 dress which to me is very expensive. I was really looking forward to it but as soon as I took it out the bag it was falling apart. Loads of the little crochet threads fell off. Im too scared to try it on in case it rips. Annoying as I’ll now have to go all the way to the post office to return and I was really looking forward to it for a festival :( I think it would be risky wearing it there in case it literally fell apart

Won’t accept return of faulty items

Sold broken items in the sale, their returns policy states that they accept all returns within 30 days - this is false. Tried to return broken items but cannot through the returns portal as it is a sale item. They have no customer service contact, just a box you fill with a message but no actual way of pressing send on said message? Awful experience will not be ordering again - misleading, no customer care and sending out faulty items

Hidden Gem of a Clothing Store

I am So SORRY! I did a review for Edikted, and got it confused with Elsie & Fred. I'm so stupid. Just because they start with an "E" does not make them the same company!
5 stars for them! Elsie & Fred always gets full marks from me! The shipping was quick and the website easy to navigate. I LOVE the quality and the style of the clothes at this store! I got these really funky pants that had a wild print with every color under the sun on them. I wore them with a white button down and a pink sweater vest and oml, the compliments were never-ending. Everyone wanted to know where I got them.
They also have great customer service! They seem to really care about their customers and our experience. They want to make sure we have good ones, and boy, do I! I'm so sorry for that original review, I was totally wrong. I had never heard of either of these companies before a few months ago, and I think that's why I got them confused since they are still kind of new for me. They sell similar styles of clothing as well, but the quality of E&F is sky high. Again, great, trustworthy company with some seriously cool clothing. Some items are actually quite cleverly constructed, and I love that.
Edit #1: how kind of them to be so nice when they haven't done anything wrong. I love E&F. This is why I say they give great service.

Lovely Clothes / Questionable Postage

Clothes are lovely, but postage always takes much longer than expected, especially when ordering close to the weekend. My parcel was left in the pouring rain, right under an emptying drainpipe and was absolutely soaked through. No note was put through the letterbox to tell me it was there.

If I could I would give zero as much…

If I could I would give zero as my rating. Recently had my parcel damaged because of evri meaning I will never receive my parcel yet when I emailed the company at first they were helpful but now they have now resorted to ignoring my emails if you ever get into a unfortunate situation like this don’t expect Elsie and Fred to give you a refund they don’t care if you receive your parcel or not. Avoid as they do not care for there customers

We are in contact with Evri to find out why it has arrived damaged which is extremely frustrating but I also believe you've since spoken to someone on the customer service team to sort it out so I can only apologise profusely and hope you give us another chance x
